I've found my taco place. This is the best in the city. The tripe, cabeza, and pastor are my favorite tacos. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
Where do I start? First I love Mexican food, I try all the places. This right here was in my top 5 worse place (as far as Mexican food). You say authentic, by far not. The corn in the cup was dry no kind of flavor I guess they forgot to put the chili in it no juice all I see is cheese and where's the lime? Lol. Wow. They charge $3 for this. I make it a whole lot better at home. The meat in the burrito had no flavor at all. I wasted $20. How anyone can say this is good food hasn't tried anywhere else
When entering you order and pay on the left side then you wait for your order number to be called. I ordered the steak burrito and a side of refried beans. I also got guacamole and chips. The service was good and efficient. The food was exceptional. The store and bathrooms were clean
I don’t who needs to hear this but their tacos al pastor are the best! Amazing flavor! Glad we live around the corner so we can keep coming back :)
Authentic Mexican food. Delicious. Had the Tacos Dorados with a Coke in a bottle. Great combination. Added a little heat to my rice, beans, and tacos, which put the entire platter over the top. You have to try them. I'll take pictures the next time I go.
Small place, but wonderful atmosphere. The place is always clean. Wonderful food. Had the chicken quesadilla tonight my husband had the chicken tacos. It's normally really busy but we were able to get in and out tonight with no problems!
Why haven’t I heard of this place till now! My friend informed me of this place and I am so grateful! I love authentic Mexican food, especially a good taco. The meat is most important. I ordered 2 steak and 2 chorizo and steak tacos and I devoured them all! I will definitely be back to try more. But I highly recommend the steak and chorizo tacos. So much flavor! Thank you for an amazing meal!
Love their authentic Mexican corn soft shell tacos, especially the Beef Tongue. VERY delicious, tender, fresh, delightful w/ layers of flavors! I highly recommend this great taco!
The Mike fries were good but not worth $11It was about 40% lettuceNot much meat nor fries even though it’s supposed to be mainly fries.Flavor was good but throwing in some extra fries and not making it all lettuce would help and wouldn’t break the profit much.
Loved Gils and ate there mutliple times, however I will never be returning there. I ordered Al pastor tacos, and in the very first taco I ate found a penny inside of it, I have no clue how a penny could even get in there during the cooking process, but it has ruined Gil’s for me. Disgusting.
