Garcias has the best hot dogs in town. Giant 1/4 pounders with any # of toppings. Voted best in Indy for at least 10 years in a row. If you are anywhere near 16th and Emerson stop by for lunch.
Excellent food with a personable owner. There is always a short line that moves very fast. Much better than the other fast food options in the area.
