Our food is always perfect here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Never a bad meal at Avon's Five Guys.
First time every to the establishment and I have to say it did not fail. The food maybe basic but even the most basic can be phenomenal if done right. Hands down one of if not the best burger I have ever had. Amazingly quick, the staff were friendly and the environment was clean and well kept. Definitely a fan when I am in the mood for burgers I will be coming back. Fantastic service and astounding food.
Ordered food over the phone for pickup and when I got there after the time agreed they hadn't started anything and didn't have the receipt printed out. Order was incorrect as well as I asked for no salt on fries and had to remind them as it wasn't listed. The person taking the order seemed very distracted so I would have been better off just ordering at the counter. The food quality was fine and they gave me a drink to try and make up
As always, great food and great service. If you haven't been to a Five Guys, you need to go. Even with gas prices through the roof, it is worth driving or riding an hour.
Came here for dinner last night. It was our first time at this location and we really enjoyed it. I'm a longtime Five Guys fan and they did not disappoint with the delicious fries, hot dog, cheeseburger, and salted caramel shake. The service was pretty fast as well and the employees were nice. Definitely will be returning.
This is a very good restaurant. The quality of the hamburgers, hotdogs and french fries are exceptional. The employees are friendly and helpful. The milkshakes are also excellent. The only negative that I found is that they don't have spoons. I like to eat my milkshake with a spoon when it is too thick to drink with a straw.
There is a reason ppl due mobile orders. I waited 30 mins after saying I was there to pick up.
Did you guys change your fry serving size? Ordered large and got less than a small.And what's this diy assembly burger?
This wasn't a great experience for a 5 Guys which is one of my favorite burger places ever. The mushrooms weren't grilled enough as they were still really firm and cool on the burger. There also were not enough of the condiments I had asked for, and lastly I like my fries well done so that they're really crispy and they said they couldn't do that because of new fryers or something, so the fries were a bit soft and mushy. Pretty disappointed overall.
Terrible service. Stood at the counter watching employees argue with one another while my food was getting cold within their arms length.
