The line moves at a fast pace. The staff is nice and hard working. My food is always cooked to perfection. The restaurant is always clean. This is one of my favorite burgers for the price.

We ordered delivery today (6/10/22). The fries were warm but soggy. It wasn’t door dash fault the order toke over an hour to get to our home. For whatever reason, the food was prepared at a location that was 12 miles away instead of one that was 4 miles away. I don’t understand why it wasn’t prepared at the closer location.

Air Conditioner was struggling and I was sweating and eating. The place could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom smelled real strong of bleach, but it did not feel or look clean at all. It was not the best Five Guys experience for sure.
I very sad to say the food was very mediocre. The cashier was very pleasant. It took the fry guy almost a minute to add the fries as he was chatting it up with a coworker about weekend plans. I will be taking a break from five guys.
Let's be honest, you're at Five Guys because you wanted a quality burger done right. (Which, by the way, is All The Way in terms of add-on toppings, and a side of fresh-cut fries drowned in Heinz malt vinegar, and don't forget all the extra bag fries!) This is a burger joint that's several steps above your average fast food location.This particular location is always immaculately clean and fairly busy, which is a good sign for a food based business. They have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine for soft drinks, setting the standard for places which serve Coke products.
Great burgers, great service, in a clean, welcoming environment. Friendly teenager working the register gave the kids extra time to order their own food and was super patient. Too an extra min to go over every topping with them to double check it was correct.Food came out fairly fast, was correct, and delicious. I'm not the biggest fan of the fries, but definitely appreciate the minimal processing and real ingredients. Price point is high, but the quality of the food backs it up. Will return and will recommend to others.
Five Guys does burgers right. Fairly limited menu, but that's a good thing. You know what you came here for, and you're going to get it, and get it at a high level. My only complaint is the price. Got a bacon cheeseburger with regular fries and a strawberry shake, and it was $20!!! You could get a steak for that price. Probably gonna be a minute before I come back. Gotta wait for my paycheck to catch up to this inflation!
This burger was delivered to me and was not made the way I requested when I placed the order. The burger was also smashed and balled up inside of the foil. Definitely not eating here again.
