Food was great and our server was very patient with my mother who suffers dementia. Definitely will return
Had an early dinner with ribs, baked potato, and broccoli. Good but not great. Ribs could have been more tender. BBQ sauce was heavy on Worcestershire sauce. Spouse had dinner salad with shrimp and liked it. Wish Firebirds had a broader dinner menu. Lunch menu is pretty good value. Will go back.

Great service and meal as is the norm here. It was pretty noisy, though.
Second visit within the past 2 mos and the service has been good. This visit, the steak was not cooked to temperature as requested and the hot appetizer was served cold. Disappointing, $150 spent.
We heard about your special and thought we would try it with daughter and family. All was well, except steak was way over done. We don't complain, but we won't be back. Sorry.
