I don’t typically write reviews at all, just don’t think it’s worth my time, but this particular restaurant certainly deserves a negative review. The employees were extremely rude, and on top of that I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and watch people who ordered after me get theirs before me as the employees looked over at me as they handed them their food. Overall one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to, if not the worst and I’ve been to some pretty badly run restaurants.
I ordered a bakes spaghetti with extra extra cheese. I was charged for it and when they brought my food it had so little cheese that you could see the spaghetti and sauce. I returned and kindly asked for more. The manager, I could hear from the table, said "that is extra cheese how much do they want?" Well, enough to cover the top! When i got it back they had it right and it was very good. The Breadsticks were a bit crunchier than normal, but they had alot of garlic which we like. The lady at the counter was friendly enough.
Absolutely awful. I ordered on the app and the app said it would be ready in 7 minutes. I got in my car and drove over. Called from vurbside location. The lady on the phone said she sees my order and it will be ready shortly. I said no problem and hung up. Started playing on my phone and didn't even notice when 30 minutes went by. I called back. Got the same lady and asked about my order. She immediately became rude and said I arrived prior to my food even popping up and it would be out shortly. At this point, I did become frustrated. "Then why did you say my order would be ready shortly?" She responded with ,"I said it MIGHT be up shortly" after a lot of mumbling, muttering and agitation. After I called her our, she hung up the phone. Shortly after I did receive my food but I am VERY disappointed
Worst experience I've ever had there. The carpet, tables, and soda area was disgusting.The staff was no where to be found. Doordashers were looking for their orders. They weren't ready or hadn't even been cooked yet.Management needs to do better, with the employees training.
went to Fazolis on East Washington and had the greatest customer service experience plus the food was hot and great and dining area was very clean. This time was great however, It was really busy in drive thru so I went inside anda cashier name Jennifer took my order it was like talking to a friend, she smiled the whole time and was so patient with me and then I couldn't find my cash card and normally I would have been flustered and embarrassed but she was just great (patient and helpful). I walked out of there smiling and just hope Jennifer is there everytime I return. I recommend this Fazolis to anybody. Thanks Jennifer you have great customer service skills
1st visit to Fizolis. Was met my Jeremy. Had no idea of the menu or what type of food was served here. Was provided such amazing 1/1 service. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Thank you Jeremy! Will definitely be back again solely because of the service I received from you! TY again! 10/10!!!
This is the best establishment I have ever been to on the east side. Thank to Jeremy Lewis and his team I was greeted with a big hello and the wings were delicious! Thank you Jeremy and team for the awesome experience!
I was out with my family tonight and this restaurant was out of this world. With an attentive manage, Jeremy I think his name was, this experience was awesome. He brought a smile to me and kid’s face.
Had an excellent dinner here the other night. It was a very clean space and the food was just great. The staff was very friendly too! Will definitely be back again :)
I came to east Washington fazoli's last night and had the best experience ever!!!! The crew and the manager Jennifer are absolutely amazing!!!! the store was sooo clean, Jennifer was very attentive professional and polite and made sure all our needs were met. She goes above and beyond I will recommend this restaurant to anybody and I will keep going back because they treat you like family, it's rare experiencing a crew and leader so kind at a place that's supposed to be fast food, they all had smiles, and a professional playfulness, such a great atmosphere to be around, Thank you so much for making our experience amazing Jennifer!!!!!!!!! If you want a great experience at a fazolis, I recommend this one, this is by far the best one I've been to yet, and this will be the only one I come to now!!!!
