They try really, really hard. Please give them more grace and courtesy, have a little patience when they're busy or short on staff, and temper your expectations. They usually have my food ready fast and strive to be accurate, all the while being friendly and welcoming. Being able to dash in and pickup my carry out order from their designated shelf is a tremendous convenience.
The staff was very courteous and patient with us. We got our food quickly and it was very good! Jeremy kept us laughing with his pleasant and comedic personality. We hadn't been at this restaurant for quite some time because of some bad experiences in the past, but we're very happy to see a cleaner restaurant and more personable staff. We will be back again soon!
First no one came to speaker to take my order till I called into it and they said they were busy and to wait. No apology while I wasted my gas. Then when I got my food, spaghetti was overcooked and slimy and only a teaspoon of meat sauce which didn't even cover the spaghetti so it was cold and dry on both orders. Very disappointing. I had not eaten there in a while so now I remember why.
I went to Fazolis on East Washington and had the greatest customer service experience plus the food was hot and great and dining area was very clean. This time was great however, It was really busy in drive thru so I went inside anda cashier name Jennifer took my order it was like talking to a friend, she smiled the whole time and was so patient with me and then I couldn't find my cash card and normally I would have been flustered and embarrassed but she was just great (patient and helpful). I walked out of there smiling and just hope Jennifer is there everytime I return. I recommend this Fazolis to anybody. Thanks Jennifer you have great customer service skills
I will keep coming to this location and to this location only because every time I come I get the best service! Monica made my visit with my sisters, who came from out of town, very special as she laughed and joked along with us and made us feel so welcome!! She was so friendly and is the perfect representation of what customer service should be. Also loved the breadsticks! Always come back for those too.
While I love the food, our pizza dough was still raw. I don't think they cooked it long enough. As it didn't take long to receive our order.

BY FAR the best experience I have ever had at this Fazolis!! I went through the drive thru and the young lady (who I later found out her name is Monica) was extremely pleasant and I even told her she had a very friendly voice while she was taking my order. I pulled up to the window and recognize this is the same young lady who usually takes my order, (I eat here almost once a week what can I say) and she recognized it too. She said “I’m so happy you came to see us again!”, and that truly made my night. She had my food out so fast too!! I asked for her name and told her I would be leaving her a good review so I hope she sees this! Thank you Monica for being so wonderful! I will keep coming here just to see you from now on!! (Also the chicken carbonara is the BEST!!)
Our cashier was Olivia and she was wonderful! She gave us her full attention and waited patiently for our order and answered our questions pleasantly. She also brought us our order quickly and offered us breadsticks at our table and to go. The food was very good as well. This is a great Fazoli's location!
Having worked in the food industry definitely helped with having patience, especially since they had so many orders, mostly from delivery, to make. And the sad part was the one manager came from a different store that was definitely far away. Cool guy. Never caught his name.
