I went to get two dozen orders slices and toasted. I tried to ca ahead the order and phones were not working. I went in places my order and requested them be sliced and toasted. I waited and she gave me the bagel not toasted I asked her kindly if she can toast them. She said yes them this rude lady came in and said oh no we can’t roast 30 bagels. Tell her no so rude to this young lady. Then she said ok we can do then she said no we can do one box. Poor young lady came to me and said sorry I can’t do it. I said fine just do one box. I asked the lady who yelled if I can speak to her and she said what do you want. I said the way you talked to this young girl is disrespectful. She said she new and needs training I said that not how you train. Well we are short staffed I can’t do what you want. I said that’s fine but don’t yell at people. She started yelling at me. Refuses to accept that she was rude said you don’t under been since 3am. I said I am sorry but don’t be rude. These type of people should never be service industry.
I order from here very often and love the bagels but as of late and I mean I order regular bagels with shmear almost every morning. As of late I get a bagel that you have to put glasses on to see if there really is any shmear at all on the bagel. I have called the store over 10 times not once does anyone bother to answer. As a small business owner this is something I kost certainly would want to know
It's always crowded and it's only 2 workers....you need help especially during the morning hours.....good place to eat but long line to wait on weekends
Went there yesterday around 11. There was one couple in the building and no one else.Ordered a few bagels and a tub of schmear, which I was holding at the register. Cashier asked if I wanted the schmear in my bag, I didn't really mind holding it but said "Sure, why not?" Got home, no schmear in my bag. =(Like I said, there was one other couple in the building for the entire encounter, it was not even in a rush or anything.
I love this location! The staff are so friendly and the food is so good! They have the BEST Caramel Macchiatos!!!
Extremely rude lady checking people out at the register. Major attitude, rushes you, and has zero customer service skills! She won’t be here long because this place has a high turnover rate! Don’t worry,you hate this job but you won’t be there long! She lost the business almost 9 dollars from me today and I’m sure she’s losing the business more money!
It was decent. Me and a friend door dashed two egg sandwhiches. Definitly did not look like the picture, the brisket sandwhich is much smaller and has less meat than pictured. Underwhleming for the price, but still a good bagel. Would recommend coming here if you just want bagels, but go somewhere else for a breakfast sandwhich.
Ordered online for delivery. Delivery never arrived and I am still being charged for my order. Store will not answer phone.
We just had the absolute worst experience we have ever had at Einstein’s. We arrived at 9:00 am on Saturday 12/4/21. We ordered within 5 minutes of arriving. We had 2 sandwiches and a bagel. We waited 20 minutes for our food while people that ordered behind us got their food and left. The manager was chit chatting behind the counter instead of working. When we asked about our food, the manager was extremely rude and condescending. She told us we weren’t even on the board yet. We told her we had an appointment we were late for and asked for a refund. She refused to give us a refund because she said she didn’t want to. She then went back to the line and started talking loudly about us to the workers and other customers. There was a woman that got there before us that had been waiting the whole time too. When the manager handed her food to her, the manager made a snotty comment to her about her only waiting 10 minutes. I think the customer must have known the manager because then the customer turned to us and laughed and said “see you only waited 5 minutes”. We did nothing wrong. We simply asked about our food. That woman should not be a manager. She is snotty, rude, and condescending to customers. This is not the first time we have had issues at this location, but it is definitely the worst experience we have had there.
