Dealt with me and my numerous beverages at closing time with no complaints they were wonderful!
Really disappointed in the new taste and texture of the bagels. My go to has always been the Asiago. The past two times their bagels have been different in taste and texture. They removed my favorite cream cheese from the menu (reduced fat). The new bagels are dry and barely any Asiago on them. It really sucks because this place has been my “go to” for bagels for years. If something is great, don’t change it! Now that they have changed the way they make bagels, I don’t know if I’ll be back. Has anyone else experienced this? Did you guys change your ingredients or is this just a bakery mistake?
The stuff was helpful and nice and the bagel was delicious. Why do they only have two stars? They're card machine is set up to force you to tip. This is a dishonest business Practice.
2 bagels and a glass of ice water for 12 dollars. Promted to tip and then I can't even sit down to eat? Food was good though.
Came in with a large order and needed some help last minute feeding a crew of volunteers. Staff were amazing and very helpful.
I love their bagels, but their hours are horrible. I woke up with a craving for one of their everything bagels, so the wife and I walked there this morning, and saw a sign on the door explaining that they’re short staffed and will be closing at 11. Seeing as it was only 10:30, we didn’t expect that to be a problem. However, when we went to open the door, it was already locked.
This used to be one of my favorite bagel places. In the last 3 weeks, I’ve came to this location four different times, at various hours, from downtown Indianapolis, to find a sign on the door saying they were opening late or closing early due to staffing issues. I left a review for the staff this morning about this and one of the staff members called me a snitch and a tattletale as I was walking out the restaurant. It was the short mixed lady who wears her hair in a slicked back bun with a raspy voice. She’s worked there a long time. Super messed up ! I’ve been your customer for years and been nothing but polite.
6:30am new Year's Eve and I'm told I can't order a brunch box posted on the menu unless I order it online. THEN I'm told if I place the order online it'll take an hour because "they're really busy." It's me and one other customer standing there and the bagels are already made. It's not a matter of being busy, it's a matter of being lazy. This place has done nothing but go down hill over the years. Chick-fil-A didn't have a problem filling my order.
How about you clean this location from top to bottom. It is absolutely filthy. The service is subpar. I asked the young lady who looks like a Umpa Lumpa threw-up on her hair, a simple question, and she had an attitude. Also, the avocado spread from the sandwich they made, was all over my take-out bag and they didn't even offer me a new one. I do NOT recommend.
This is a spot where I feel at ease. On a jalapeño cheddar bagel, there's bacon, egg, and cheese. Delicious! Hosts who are friendly and helpful...
