No indoor seating yet. The bagel was good but they forgot the cream cheese.
I love they breakfast sandwiches especially with the bagels very healthy I like it I like that oven baked hash brown
Why do your bagels taste dry and different now? It’s like the ingredients have been changed . Something is completely off. Horrible . - from a customer who has been coming for years
Einstein bagel, always my go to spot if I can’t figure out where to go. Perfect lunch sandwich, very filling. The bagels are pretty good, not my favorite bagel joint but it’s tried and true.
Casey is one of the best workers. He is a joy to see in the morning. Love the food!
Not sure what's happened since they got the new manager, but my coffee is never made right. Or they changed how they make it. I came everyday when I worked in the pyramid strip and my vanilla lattes were amazing then. I've actually stopped coming for a few months just because why pay for something so nasty? I gave them another chance this past Sunday while I was out running errands. Probably won't be back. Don't want to waste the money.Sandwich was great though. I do recommend trying one. I just regularly get coffees, not food.The cashier was overly nice. Kinda creeped me out.
Let me start off and say the young lady up front was quick and pleasant. I received my Chorizo breakfast sandwich pretty quickly but the issues started when I got back to my office ( Mike and a half away, opened it about 5 mins after receiving it), the sandwich was stone cold, I still ate it but do you guys not serve breakfast sandwiches warmed up a little? Come on Einsteins.

4 lady on the front line and not one has an once of customer service skills whatsoever. Sad to know your parents didn’t even teach you to SPEAK!
