Good service and it's a great place to stop for an iced coffee and a donut or two. The parking lot isn't terribly convenient due to the construction, but I thought the extra effort was worth it.
I've become a once a week Dunkin regular so came here. I like the dark roast coffee and she likes an iced coffee. They did not have the donut I love so I got a jelly donut, which was, well, a jelly donut - LOL. Service was good, although likely new employees as had to ask someone else about the app. One issue with Dunkin is they try to tempt me with items I don't want so I stick to what I like and get less from the app. This store was clean with ample seating. Sorry to see some others have not had good experiences. 4 stars due to lack of the donut I really love (sourdough)
I have never had a bad experience there. Drive-thru always run smoothly and the staff is always polite and smiling.
My first time ordering from DD and I pay more to go to Starbucks. Ordered a large caramel macchiato which had zero caramel flavoring. It was coffee and milk only. I had to go home and use my own syrup to flavor it. I received 5 burned, yet soggy hashbrowns. The sausage, egg and cheese croissant was big and tasted good though. Doubt I’ll be back.
This dunkin has the worse customer service i have ever been to. For one, my coffee was made completely wrong. I got my sandwich cold, and when i went back through they snatched my sandwich back and told me i need to ask them to heat my food up when it comes hot ???? They all had bad attitudes and i’m not here for it.
I’m done spending my $ at this location. They hire kids who don’t care about anything but social media and laughing instead of customer service. My drinks are never consistent and I pay for things that I don’t receive. I’m over it!
Great service, with 2 people working and 5 people in the drive thru, the food was great and the coffee... fantastic! Really hit the spot!
The most incompetent employees I’ve come across in a very long time. Somehow they don’t know how to listen to a very simple order, and mess it up almost every single time. I don’t know why I spend money here.
Got an iced French vanilla cappuccino. It was disgusting I don't think they put in any flavor/syrup.
They never get my drink order correct. Normally I don't mind if it happens every now and then... but its every time I go now. even when they repeat the order back! Always been a fan of dunkin, but I hate going to this one. :(
