First of all, this was my first time ordering anything but donuts here. And they insured it would be my last. The very young window girl handed me a cup of extremely hot coffee with the lid half way off spilling it on my hand when I reached out to get it, got no apology and had to ask twice for napkins. Then she hands me a bag with 4 hash rounds in it. I politely ask her if that was how the order came, she said nothing to me and began speaking with the other “very young employees standing inside which then all three of them walked around the corner to look at me before she handed me another bag of 4 hash rounds. As I’m still sitting there she opens the window and says “yeah” as if she didn’t know I still had more food coming, missing my sandwich and the donut holes she proceeds to hand me the sandwich out the window without a bag and then hands me the bag to bag my own food which I didn’t necessarily have a problem with but that is their job not mine. Then I finally get the donut holes and they taste as if they were left over and set out all night. I will definitely never ever go back to this establishment and I’ve learned to not order food from a donut shop full of children working.
Sister worked here 7 months and is STILL MISSING A CHECK from October 2021. Reading previous reviews, I see this is a trend for the management at this store. Truly sad that we can not receive a response from the managers she trusted. Will be taking this further if necessary. Have sent an email requesting corporates number. If you have a minor working for this store make sure they are not being taken advantage of.
Iced coffee is normally consistent, very enjoyable.Ordered iced tea with stevia and when i asked if it had stevia in it, the worker said "yes" and it had none ... Don't know if it was just an oversight or what, but this Dunkin is not ran well at all and the higher ups need to take a look at it
I have come to the conclusion don't bother with the order ahead. They never have the donuts you order. As for their coffee, it's just plain terrible. Am only running on Dunkin on the east coast.
3rd time now in 8 days (only been 3 times) they’ve messed my order up. Coffee with no creamer. First two times I was nice, I get it. Covid this, covid that. Blah blah. Over it now. Kids working there are mostly rude. 3/4 of the time they have a 10+ list of things they’re out off on the drive thru menu….. this kids just give you whatever and however they want
This is the worst experience I have ever had at this location. I go multiple times a week and today was the worst experience I have ever had. I get the same order everytime and everytime it is done correctly today, I stop through to get my coffee and my mom's and my mom's is the most simple coffee I get she gets vanilla and today she said it tastes like caramel. Mine sounds a bit more complex but isn't I just like my coffee extra sweet. After she finally takes my order I get up there the girl working says nothing and takes my card and then proceeded to turn around and started talking about girls from her school with 3 other girls. Then when she hears me say something about how she is acting to my mother in the passenger seat she then decides to be nice and tell me have a nice day with an eye roll and cocky tone.
This place is a joke if you get here after 10 am. Good luck buying some donuts. If you're ever looking to open up a donut shop, this would be a good place to do it; they're all set up for it already.
I love this place ❤ the kids that work here deal with a lot on a daily basis and handle it well. I work at the pub down the walk way and they are very great with my boy when he comes in by himself. Keep up the good work guys! We see you! ❤
The line was long. They were out of a lot of popular items like ham and the Stroopwafel donut. I ordered the wake up wrap and and got a sausage egg and cheese crossaint. It was very greasy and over cooked. Coffee was average. BF had a good bagel and coffee.
This is now the second time that I’ve come this location to get an iced mocha coffee and theyCan’t figure out how to make it. Additional to that, customer service at this location is horrible. Jamming loud music, dirty lobby, very poor presentation. The two people that work here are absolutely disrespectful and have no care for customer service
