This was BAD !!! BAGLE WAS BRUNT THEY KNEW THAT HANDING IT OUT THE WINDOW!! HASHBROWNS WERE BRUNT OLD AND COLD!! WONT EVER GO BACK

Haven't been to Duncan Donuts in over 40 years. Drove out of our way hoping to find donuts like when I was a kid. Poor selection, not fresh, terrible service. Went to Meijers got good selection, fresh, better pricing. Grocery store did a better job than the donut store.

Every time I go here, they are either out of what I want, they mess up my order, or they like to treat you like you're crazy for asking them to fix things they did wrong, or to remake it with everything that should be on the ordered item. DUNKIN CORPORATE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS LOCATION.

Long wait for a bad cup of coffee, and the price has increased. My card was also taken out of view.

First time there, it was ok, donut tastes like any other donut, customer service was regular. Lobby is real small.

If you value your time, avoid this place at all costs. Incredibly long wait in the drive thru every time and THEY LIE about their lobby being open every time I've been here. Management is brazenly lazy and it shows in their wait times and everything else.

Frequently out of donuts (which seems criminal). I believe the drive-thru menu is outdated because it has discontinued items still on it. Frequently out of decaf coffee. In theory it seems like a convenient option for the castleton/fall creek area because the 82nd street Starbucks line is usually wrapped around the building, but because of the poor operations of this place you'd be better off going to the 96th street Dunkin location or just waiting in line at a Starbucks.

Hasnt had their lobby open since the pandemic started. It's been 2 years they need to get over it as a delivery driver being forced to wait in the drive thru is incredibly frustrating especially since their agreement is supposed to have me go inside to get the food. Never order food from here they dont want to make it for you and they hate you for coming. Go somewhere that actually wants your business

This Dunkin location consistently has a long wait through the drive up whether you are the only car in line or one of a few. Customer service training and new professional management is in order for this location IMMEDIATELY. I drove to this location today, Oct. 2, 2021 around 9AM. When I placed my order for a dozen donuts, I asked if the donuts were made fresh. The manager or the" older" guy ( as the majority of the staff are teens), abruptly asks me, " What do you mean by fresh?" I was floored. If you have to ask your customers to define "fresh" in regards to the food that you are serving, then you are definitely in the wrong business.Going forward, I will take the extra 15 minute drive to Fishers to get better service and food for my money. The donuts were dried out on the inside and the "hash browns" (tots) were soggy.BTW, the teens are always nice..keep up the great work, young people!

Oh a morning with a dozen donuts! Fantastic! Yeah , I ate one in the car!!!
