Extremely kind staff gave me quick service, correct order, and good food :)
If they would cook my bacon done on my sandwiches or wraps I would go more often. The best cook ever there. ..Got promoted to general manager. Really great for her. But no more good cooking ?
Not fresh food.. burnt hash browns .. you’d think if you told the manager that my hash browns were burnt she’d do anything to make the customer feel better instead she said the order was already placed it was made fresh at the time .. but they are burnt … this is the second time this location has done this the first time I didn’t like the way my coffee tasted and again she said it was already made.. if I have a problem with my food anywhere else they would remake I will not be returning to this location bad customer service
This is our third time trying this store. We have had bad experiences all three times! Either the food was just slapped together (not cooked long enough), or the drinks had way too much sugar in them, and the cream filled donuts are barely filled and disgusting even in the morning. The sad part is this is the closest Dunkin to our house, so now if we want Dunkin we have to drive 15 minutes just to get it. This store needs to step their game up and hire a real leader to manage the team.
Placed a huge order online 25 min before I arrived, but they hadn't even started on it. I was 20 minutes late to my destination because of it... They also left out two items. I caught one before leaving and had them make it for me, but I didn't have time to check the entire order. I recommend not bothering with the pre-ordering and just get there about 40 minutes early.
Staff was nice i got 8 yeast doughnuts two boston cream and two jelly. I was so mad to find out my Boston doughnuts were chocolate fill the dough was dry. My jelly doughnuts had a lil dollop of jelly in the the rest was dry dough. I was very disappointed. I wont be back should of just went to longs bakery like i wanted to. ??♀️??
I order the same iced coffee everytime and everytime it's made different. I stopped going because of the inconsistency. This morning I really wanted a large Charlie cold foam. So I stopped, the drink was disgusting. The cold foam was melted before I got to the light, they didn't put the cinnamon sugar on top, which comes on a charlie and the coffee just tasted old. I am done with this location. Dunkin?do?better
Drive to another Dunkin. This one will be waste of your time. Ordered 2 Frozsen Coffees. 1 mocha and 1 caramel. Neither had whip cream on them and they werent blended at all with the ice, they were liquid. Based on the other reviews: the people here don't know how to make orders correctly at all. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE TO BE MORE PROFRESSIONAL!!

I am, extremely disappointed. 4 times, I have ordered a chai tea latte, and 4 times I have received a coffee latte. I am pregnant and can't indulge in coffee. Whenever I try to call the establishment, to tell them their staff should be more careful, no one answers. I tried to call again today, and they even picked up the phone to hangup. Thinking about calling corporate.
