Customer service was fantastic although they was very short staff, the waitress was working doubles and still had a great attitude. She is excellent. Food was hot, fresh, and taste great. Breakfast burrito and cheddar burger was great AND the mimosa was good as well. Went on a Sunday during there brunch special from 11am to 4pm $4.00 mimosa and Bloody Mary's. Keystone at the Crossing. Great for family but great for Adults. Prices very reasonable. Tipped generously because I really appreciate the service although they had little help. Thanks Drakes we will return.

We arrived after the Dave Matthews concert. We waited for 10 minutes to be seated with no line. There was one lady in front of us and she said that she had been there for 10 minutes before us. White staff stared at us and no one came to seat us. Their hours of operation say open till 1 AM it was. It was 1045 when we arrived. Obviously they don’t need our business.

Went with my wife on a Saturday. Place was packed when we got there and was told it was a 2-hour wait for a table. We found two seats at the bar and a half an hour later a table was ready for us. We liked the bartenders so we stayed at the bar. They were so busy at one point they had to stop taking orders for the kitchen. We weren't in a hurry so it was fine. I thought it was cool they were upfront and told us to make sure we knew what was going on.They have a really good beer menu lots of selection on tap and look like good drinks all around. I like the table top 90 or 100 oz tubes that people can get to pour your own. I've seen those several years ago but has been a while. The food was amazing. You wouldn't think a bar would have good sushi but this was really really good sushi for a great price. And the staff was awesome as well. No complaints what so ever. Look forward to going back. And it looks like kids are allowed to. We saw a few tables with kids.

Denise the server was awesome. Good and drink were great. Atmosphere was chill. Great night with friends while in town.

For 2 person seating there is never really any wait. For larger parties the seating is still fairly quick. The sushi rolls are divine and well priced, the smashed burgers are all perfectly served and the tacos are well seasoned. Great food and great atmosphere.

Horrible experience. Came in with my elderly mother who needed a table other than a high table. She's handicapped and could not sit at a stool. They had several tables in the back, but Ashley wouldn't let us sit there. She cited that the area was for the bar, even though it was not in the front bar. Because children were with us, they wouldn't let us sit there. Ashley suggested bringing a chair up to a high bar table. And how might that work, Ashley? I didn't even get to ask that. Instead, I asked why they didn't have any ADA tables. She immediately got angry and asked why I was yelling at her. I stated in my still very calm voice, "Who is yelling? I haven't even raised my voice?" Ashley, you are a pathetic excuse for a waitress, a hostess, or any one serving anyone EVER. And don't forget how you suggested that a lady walking with a cane in her 80s should sit at a low chair with the table feet above her face. As a local business owner who has spent thousands with Drake's, I will NEVER spend another red cent there.

Very good food, family friendly, great service.

I really enjoyed this quaint, charming bar. The customer service was great! The food was delicious. They offer small meat portions and load you up with veggies. I had the steak and broccoli with a crab Rangoon roll. The crab Rangoon roll was larger than expected and delicious. The meal was filling. Highly recommend!

great variety of food with large portions

Very good smash burger. The BBQ burger was huge. I couldn't finish it even though it was delicious. Service was ok, as I went during dinner rush. Atmosphere was really nice. Place was clean and staff polite. Definitely worth going.
