What a waste of money I would like a refund no beef or turkey in rice two pieces of goat meat the rice was falling out the box like someone was already eating it no pick up the phone to complain or fix my order very upset

Placed and order of Grilled fish and Plaintain. The fish was tiny and had sauce on on it that I did that request also the fish was not flavorful. I never recieved my plaintains , I was given potatoe wedges with red sauce tossed on them . I will never order from here again!

The customer service is appauling, I actually had to leave without ordering. I walked in to super loud music and no one to help me. I called out for someone but the lady who eventually came could hardly hear me because of the music. A gentleman walked in and she asked him to turn down the music (I assume - it was in a different language) but the gentlemans body language was clear he was not going to turn it down. Another man walked in and he too did not turn it down when the lady asked. Then thr lady says to me "come now, order, I have other things to do". I told her to go ahead and do them and I walked out. I'm sure the food tastes great, but customer service is really important to me, especially if you are handling something I'm going to put in my mouth.
