Once again as always . I can't understand how I keep coming here when we are in hurry. Waitress was sweet and working. As i said before, they take long to get your food to you. Exactly an hour long. Food is good . But for crying out loud , hire more people.
We went into this Denny's and were seated for 20 or so minutes and didn't get a chance to order. While I would understand this situation if this restaurant was busy but we were one of four tables with two tables with food on their tables already. The server even made eye contact with us and didn't even acknowledge us. Once we decided to leave the restaurant, we could see through the window as we pulled away, that our server cleaned off our unused table. This was the second time we received this kind of service here.
My wife and I always enjoy going here because the food is good, the price is right, and the staff are always so helpful. We were both impressed by how well they handled a late pandemic difficulty. They only had one server and two cooks on hand, so they politely declined (and put up a sign) taking in a group of more than five people. By doing so, they turned away money, but they assured a better dining experience for those who did come.
Denny's is becoming one of our favorite places to eat! We like family dining with a waiter/waitress. Steak and Shake used to be that for us, but they are no longer. They went the fast food route. Such a shame. Denny's cob salad is to die for! And they're 24/7! What more can you ask for? Great ? job, Denny's! Thank you!
Denny's is a staple from my youth and so there's a hefty side of nostalgia served up here. This particular location was understaffed so Jim, the manager, kindly got our food to go and made sure we were set in regards to condiments, cutlery and kindness.The man works in hospitality and hospitality works because of folks like Jim. Kudos to a great experience that could've been rotten.Also, this Denny's food really was great. Even with a 15 minute drive, everything was at serviceable temperature and very tasty.
Had 6 grandchildren with me. They were patient friendly. Food was good.
Did not like my lunch. The sauce was too sweet and the veggies were overdone the potatoes were not fully cooked. I didn't finish my meal. The manager refused to give me a refund. I would have accepted a appetizer. None was offered. Truly disappointed.
The food was good and hot and fresh ☺️ and it was a busy day on a Saturday morning ☀️ and All the employees was very nice ?
they only had 1 server. food was decent but had to wait long time for food, wait for refills, had to ask for ticket at register
Delicious affordable meals!! However this time I bit into a chicken bone in my crazy spicy sizzlin skillet!
