I got the multi grain pancakes. The service was fine. My score: food 2.5, service 3.5 cleanliness 2.5. It was not a bad experience. It was just average. No complaints.
Had to wait to be seated, the " hostess" was standing talking to another employee when she finally saw us she looked disgusted then she walked over to us very slowly. She was rude as hell. Took us to a table, threw down the menus and silverware and left without saying a word. When the waitress finally came to take our order you could tell she wasn't happy to be there either. Apperantly the cook wasn't too. The service sucked, the food sucked. Usually I leave some kind of tip, not this time.
I've been coming here since it switched over from Frisch's Big Boy restaurant to Denny's. The food is reasonably priced, the service is very friendly and it's always really clean in here.
We just had a phenomenal experience here. There was one server, and she was training a person who was there for her first day. Stephanie did a fantastic job at serving and taking care of the customer. She was very energetic and kept track of everything. Lisa, her trainee, did a wonderful job as well. It was amazing, considering the circumstances. The food was perfect, too.
Me and my girlfriend went here for dinner, our server was very nice and we had a good experience but when we left to go home she had a bed bug on her shirt and we can only assume that it came from the bench seat that she sat at while we had our dinner. Plus the customers behind us apparently made a huge mess and was filthy of the table and seats they were seated at as well.
It was great. Surprised my twin sister for our birthday there last week, and we all had a blast. The waiters and waitresses were super nice.
They're very good at getting deliveries out without problems in a timely manner. I can depend on this Denny's to have my order ready faster than many fast food places which is a really good indicator of how well they run the place. Good job!
I don't know about the other servers, but mine was fantastic. I don't remember her name. General manager was definitely a Karen. Great food though.
The food was delicious. I had the salmon. The portion was a bit small but the flavors were just right. The server was friendly and made you feel like you were a regular (it was our first time there just stopping for a place to eat while traveling). Good service always makes for a pleasurable experience. The only reason I had to only give 3 stars is because there is a problem in the ladies restroom. Apparently when I mentioned it, the server told us that it is a plumbing issue. I almost lost my dinner. I had to hold my breathe and cover my face hoping that would help just to get in, use the restroom quickly, wash my hands and run out of there!DENNY’s PLEASE FIX THIS!The food was good! The service was good! The bathroom made me want to vomit. Sorry not sorry. But this is something you may want to invest in getting fixed. ?
I got a very large order for 8am this morning. I showed up at 8am and asked if the food was ready. The man at the counter said they were still working on it. About 10 minutes go by and I ask again. He said they were still working on it. I ask if he can go see how long it will be because I was just going to cancel and order at Cracker Barrel. The guy refused, so I finally got the attention of a waitress. She checked for me and my food was sitting for a good 10 minutes or so since the guy at the front wouldn't check. After getting the food 20 minutes late, there were no plates. Apparently, Denny's doesn't have plates for catering orders, which is the silliest thing I've heard of. After unboxing the food a little layer on, turns out they also forgot the extra bacon that I paid $15 for. I will make sure that my company never uses Denny's again.
