My friend and i heard about this wonderful place in Indianapolis, through friends, and wanted to go on our way home from Colorado. We drove 4 hours, but got stuck in a traffic jam and couldn't get there before closing. We were so disapointed, but we called and Hannah helped us order chocolates & truffles, to be shipped to us at home. She was thoughtful, patient, and pleasant to talk with. Also Lori, the owner was very nice and accommodating. We could hardly wait to get them in the mail, but when it came, it was a beautiful presentation! The chocolates and truffles are wonderful! The flavors are outstanding...try the rasberry, with the perfect punch of tart and sweet. We are definetly planning a trip, to try more!
We've been fans of DeBrands for decades; when they were located across from the Fashion Mall years ago, for decades in Ft.Wayne, and now here. This shop is wonderful; a tribute to the bliss of indulgence. Certainly the candies are delicious; offering a wide variety of tastes and sizes from which to choose. We, however, really enjoy the hot chocolates; and, most of all, the decadent ice-cream creations. For those who believe they should treat themselves (a philosophy to which we adhere); this an excellent facility to indulge the behavior.

We stopped for Christmas chocolate. Our family asks for DeBrands by name. We get truffles, turtles, caramels for sure. We've stopped at various places around the world, but DeBrands is always the best!

This place was great. It's such an amazing place to sit down and order a nice dessert. Very nice and classy place!
This place is also terrific to sit and work on your computer. There are tables in the back with a couple outlets. Lattes are delicious and comparable to Starbucks prices. Drip coffee is only $2 with free refills, and there are two self serve taps with complimentary still and sparkling water. The employees are very friendly and provide excellent service.
Delicious!! Went with a group of girls for a bridal shower and it was the perfect spot!! Worth every calorie!
