Just bought an ice cream cake for 30.99 asked for happy birthday in blue, came back with purple writing. Took back in and told the person I asked for blue. He said I can fix it. Butchered top of cake and told me sorry we don’t have blue. So I said green wood be ok. I ended up with this hack job. Should’ve asked for replacement but didn’t realize how terrible it was until I got this home. The icing is all over edges and inside of lid. Terrible job. This will be going in the trash. Won’t be back to this DQ

The front of house staff treat work like a play ground. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 single stacks and they did not come with LTO. I went back to the store and went inside this time, the staff was cracking jokes and the Older male employee who took my order tripped another younger female employee as I was walking to the counter. I told him "I've worked in food service for 5 years and tripping someone in a kitchen is highly unsafe and inappropriate" After I said this he got kind of irritated with me in his tone, and as I completed my order another younger female employee said to him"wow look how great you're doing your first week" in a polite and serious tone. After I paid the staff all looked at me in a way which leads me to believe they approve of his behavior, that horse playing and being tripped at work is accepted by the staff and encouraged. I've never seen such unprofessionalism at the work place more so I've never seen such behavior tolerated at ANY restaurant I've worked at. Get it together.
The staff is always courteous in the drive thru and the line moves pretty quickly. The food is always fresh and hot and the ice cream cold, and to be honest, I have never had a wrong order there.
I'm visiting Indy, my hometown, for a month and this is the closet DQ to my mom's house! I've been there times: twice for chicken tender baskets and once for an Oreo Blizzard. Mom and I enjoyed each visit and the place is very clean with a nice patio and new decor. The staff is super friendly. I also learned this is a locally owned DQ and they employee a lot of friendly students. Even served our Blizzards upside down. When I'm back in the area, I'll surely make another visit.
Always a line but it's not a deterrent. Honey BBQ chicken was really good . I wanted to take a photo of the sub par fries but they may have just had a bad fryer day so they get a pass.
Line here was very long and slow. The person at the window seemed very short when I got to the window like they don't like there job very unwelcoming.
