Manager was rude, indecent and hostile, staff was rude as well. Shake was well made
The food is great! But man, the service has been incredibly poor the 3 different times I’ve been here.I got a cake a few weeks ago, and 6 employees were standing on their phones + eating ice cream, but only 1 helped me, checked me out and iced my cake. The others were just huddling like it was a school dance.Then today, I ordered food and the cashier rolled her eyes when I asked for a lid for my blizzard, threw my food at me and shut the window in my face multiple times when I was talking.I’m just sad to have a restaurant we love so much and so close to our new home be full of folks who don’t showcase manners respect for their guests.
Terrible service. I ordered a large s'mores shake and I got a small and still charged me 5.19$ also false advertisement bc it tasted more like cookie's and cream

Friendly employees, remade a shake that was dropped when transferring it from the window to the car. Good food ? would definitely go there again.
Love it here all the leads are awesome friendly very fair about how they make blizzards very clean and sanitizer and owner is a very awesome guy ? 5 stars no hesitation
