Love the ice cream, but the treatment from a male manager was not appreciated. We ordered 3 peanut buster parfaits & one ice cream in a cup. They asked if I want my ice cream in a bag. Normally they don't ask they put the parfaits containers in a paper cup & put them in a cup holder. So I requested the same as they normally do. The manager said, "that is a waste of cups," with attitude! As much as we pay, I'm sure it doesn't hurt the companies pocket any. Sad how customer service has gone down the drain. Have them make holders for the ice cream. When you have a car full of kids & 2 dogs it's hard to carry a bag of ice cream in a bag & drive at the same time. Thanks for the attitude that my grandchildren had to witness.
Was overcharged on my debit card on Tuesday. Have been callin them for 3days now. No one is answering the phone. Their voicemail box is full. Very frustrated that I am unable to contact the store so they can fix this. I don’t want to have to drive over there to get this corrected. Emailed corporate….. waiting for a response. Won’t be returning to this location since they overcharged me. Super unprofessional not having a way to contact management so they can fix this.
One of the BEST Dairy Queens here. All Dairy Queen are not created equal in Indy. You will be glad you stopped by. The staff is friendly. Drive-thru is quick.
Excellent service...good customer relations food on point. Owner met each customer. Definitely will return to this locationI drove from and live downtown Indy for this kind of treatment ????
Good food that was made relatively quickly, unfortunately the older man taking the orders was very rude and even hostile to an extent. Does not believe that a medium shake size exists despite it appearing on the menu. I do understand that they are understaffed and that it is very stressful. I cannot however understand the hostility, it costs nothing to be kind.
This place is fruit loops. I was in recently and ordered a blizzard with EXtra snickers (no chocolate syrup). I paid the 89 cent up charge, no problem. What I was given was a cup full of vanilla soft serve with a smidgen of candy. I flagged it and the DT attendant got angry and combative and kept declaring "I PUT TWO SCOOPES IN!!" I dont pretend to know how to make a blizzard, so im just "dude, you're seeing the same thing I am..." at that point he switched to "DO YOU WANT ME TO REMAKE IT??"Initially I was like no. Cause you're telling me it's correct as is. It's gonna be the same??But I ended up asking them to remake (I mean, look at the pics.) He remade it and sure enough, EXACTLY the same. I asked to speak to shift lead, as the problem is visibly obvious. At that point he hollered he's the owner.I think maybe the dude felt like i was stealing his candy??? But look at thhe pics, this is fruit loops.Okay, I can't add the photos, someone tell me how. It's clarifying.Posted
One of the best Dairy Queens I have been to in terms of service, and their food and ice cream matches up to other locations.
Always good hot eats. And there ice cream is even better. Love DQ.
Never have I ever had my order right. Then, if you go back, they’re grouchy as hell about making it right, haven’t went in over 6 months due to poor service even though I love DQ and live very close. Won’t be going back. Never a good experience.
