This was my 2nd time that they gave 3-4 cars that were behind me their food first.Then came to my window to only have the wrong order. Then comes back with the order after the 5 cars behind me got there food only to saying that it got lost in the kitchen!. I had a sore throat after eating my food too! Then they locked the girl out that brought me my food and laughed at her. She seemed to maybe have autism or something so that was mean how the coworkers did her. I don’t trust them anymore. The next time I eat here I’m not pulling up or I’m going to go inside. I asked for a manager who gave me a free meal ticket but I was so disturbed that I misplaced it.
This is my favorite place for a burger, Reuben, or dessert. Shirley is always very friendly and the food is delicious.
Great food friendly staff. The line can get a bit long around peak hours tho. But fresh and good food is worth the wait in most cases
The staff here is great! They are always friendly and attentive no matter how busy they are. The staff is always apologetic if there is any wait for your food. The wait is not a problem for me because the food is always fresh. They keep the restaurant clean and well stocked with paper products and condiments.In my opinion they have the best fast-food menu out there. They gave burgers, chicken, and fish. I know others do to but the quality of food just seems superior to others. If you are a fan of root beer you’ll be happy to know that they also have their own Signature Root Beer.And… Don’t forget the custard and everything that can be made with it! (I have never been told that they do not have any or that the machine was broken)I would give them 5 stars if it was not for the following problems at this location:~ The easiest exit only rally allows you to go one direction (East) on 96th Street.~ To go another direction (West on 96th or to the stores nearby) you need to drive through their parking lot and through the drive through line if they are busy.~ They have a small drive through line so if they get busy (which does happen often) their line backs up through their parking lot and into the road leading into the stores in the area.~ Because of the above information the parking lot and drive through can be dangerously congested when they are busy.
Always quality! I got the deluxe combo, you can never go wrong with that. Their shakes and malts are great, too, and so are the concrete mixers. My son always gets cheese curds, he loves them.
They forgot my chicken tenders for my kids. I didn’t realize until I got home (15 mins away). They also didn’t give me a receipt. Sent my husband to go get the chicken tenders and they acted like he was committing a crime. Saying he needed a receipt or they wouldn’t give them to him. Offered to show the bank account transaction because we didn’t get a receipt!! Nope. Well check the register for the receipt because your worker didn’t give it to us?? A huge hassle over $6 tenders. Why would we need to steal $6 tenders?? We would eat here very often but won’t ever come back again.
Just moved here recently. This is definitely on my best restaurant list. Excellent food, good variety and fast friendly service. Noticed that they are well staffed. Employees seem to be motivated and eager to provide a good experience for their customers. I'll be eating here often.
Great service, bit of a wait, but the staff apologized. Really friendly service, order was fast, and food was fresh! Always a good place to eat for something quick. There's a nice variety of foods and ice cream to choose from. Family friendly place.
A good Culver’s. I come here often with family. If you don’t know about it already, they have a size of sides called “family size” that’s a better value an about twice as big as large.
Had a hamburger and fries. The hamburger was good and the bun was tasty. The fries were nice and crispy. Then went back up for icecream and it was soooo good.
