Ordered a fish sandwich / no dressing. Traveled home (approx 4 miles).. approx 5-10 minutes. When bag lifted off car seat I noticed a large oil-like area on bottom of sack extending up the side approx 2"....Fish "taste" not good as just too much oil/grease taste. I could only eat 1/4 th of it as a result. Maybe should bake or try a better way of preparing.
Three staffers ignored me for several minutes upon my walking up to counter. Then staffer that tiok order didn't have a clue about products and when I questioned an item wanted me to void my whole transaction. Then had to wait a loong time for my order which was just sundaes. Was supposed to be brought to table, had to go get it. No napkins available at station. Won't be going back to this location.
Lousy experience at the 71st Street location. 3 crew members completely ignored me when I arrived at the counter for several minutes talking to each other. Two walked away and kid finally asked what I wanted. When I said a banana split he couldn't figure out how to ring up or if they even had them. After multiple trys finally figured it out. Also ordered a Turtle sundae. After he completed the order I asked a question about the sundae and he immediately started to void the whole transaction, called another crew member over etc. I didn't want to change or void so took some discussion about that. Told me they would bring order to our table outside. After almost 20 minutes I went looking for our order, hadn't been made yet. Waited several more minutes at the counter, all the while listening to two crew members arguing about making the banana split.Items were ok but nothing exceptional with bare minimum toppings and on the Turtle sundae basically just pecan'dust' like from the bottom of a package. In light of all the issues was hard to enjoy.
The shrimp combination platter with fries, coleslaw and roll was very good. Everything was fresh and tasty!
Staff was very nice. Food was very good. Service was pretty prompt.
Dine in early dinner after a busy day!! Fast service wonderful hot fries and friendly staff!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Waited for 20 plus minutes for a corn dog, was told they gave it to the wrong person.. with no apology given. Manager position needs revoked. They need the same training as the other Culver’s restaurants.. ugh! As high as gas prices are should sue them for the long wait
Nice, fast paced staff. They get your orders out fast, fresh and they get them right every time.

Their prices are flat-out too darn expensive! I splurge on this over-inflated overpriced restaurant about once every two months. The quality the food is okay, but it's just not worth paying an arm and a leg for 4 little chicken strips and a very small portion of small fries that I can count how many fries I get with one hand...
