Food was ready pretty timely, staff was friendly. Food was perfect. Don't mind waiting a few minutes inside with all the neat things in the store. Always interesting stuff to look at. I love the retro country feel overall. ?

My husband and I ate lunch here this afternoon. We waited at the Hostess station while a few employees would come to it to do something and not one offered help until I said something. There was maybe 8-10 tables of guest when we were seated and many waitresses standing around talking and laughing. After about 30 minutes one come to see if we would like something to drink and take our order. We placed our order and received it 40 minutes later. Couldn't get a drink refill because they were once again in their huddles laughing. She finally came and gave us our bill so we could leave. The food was fresh, hot and tasted delicious! Cracker Barrel really needs to correct their waitresses and servers. Finally, after waiting 20 minutes to get up to the cashier, she was very friendly!!!

I'm not sure which 1 of your cooks is frying the chicken, but NO! Get them off the fryer. Fried chicken isn't suppose to be dark brown, hard, dried out, and tough. I've seen several bad reviews about the southern fried chicken on door dash after leaving my review, now I wish I would have read them before ordering so I could call the restaurant and have them fry my chicken correctly!

Road trip food! Was it lunch or dinner? I enjoyed meatloaf, mashed potatoes & sweet corn. The portion was good, and table seasonings allowed some tuning to taste.

I will never eat here again my mashed potatoes had a string in it. Let me Begin by saying I ordered curbside which I ended up having to go in and get because they were taking too long and I watched other customers go in and get their food also then I get to the front desk and the lady demanded me to check my food so obviously they're used to not getting the orders right I look in the bag I did not have my dessert in the bag so they tell me oh we're don't have that so they wasn't even going to give me anything at all for it just was going to send me home with nothing so they make it right by giving me the chocolate cake well when I get home there's no syrup for our pancakes. And I also stood there for like 5 minutes waiting on this piece of cake that I didn't even want. They were nice about it but food was very nasty and cold never again will I eat there!

I’ve been traveling and eating on the road for twenty years and this Cracker Barrel had to worst quality of food that I’ve had in a very long time. Small portions. Items cold in the middle and scalding hot in spots as if its out of the freezer and has been microwaved. It’s consistently worse every time that I’ve been there in 2022. I recommend you save yourself a bunch of money and grab a sandwich from a gas station because even a sausage biscuit from a truck stop is better quality for your money than what is now served at this particular location.

I hate what the chain has done to the chicken. It's never good anymore. No matter how they cook it, it's all the same taste. I used to go to cracker barrel strictly for chicken tenders, or the boneless breast with gravy. Now they taste exactly the same and I don't like either. It's a shame too, all the sides are great. The staff is friendly at every cracker barrel I've ever been to. Change the recipe back. 3 Types of chicken, same taste. ?‍♀️

Absolutely wonderful place to eat lunch like I did. Very very nice hostess/server. She checked on me often for my drink. Food was great. Prices on food was excellent. Don't get me started on the store inside! Oh my, it was great. Got to check out the discount items toward the back! Marked down 70% on some items. Love the candy selection. Kinda made me feel nostalgic seeing candy I haven't seen in years.Again, the prices were good. Great variety of items. I'm definitely going back to this location in the future. I felt very welcomed!

So I know it's Sunday and they do a lot of business. Then they tell me a 20 minute wait, after 40 minutes. we my daughter and I get called to be seated. Then sitting at our table for 35 minutes I have to get up and ask for a cup of coffee. We both ordered biscuits and gravy and it came out tasting like flower! I get told we don't use flower. Y'all can order something else. So my daughter gets to order french toast didn't even ask me what I wanted so an hour and a half into it I'm sitting here still have not eaten my daughter's done eating. bad customer service

very good environment the blue one delicious
