My husband is a paraplegic. He went to Costco alone today and quickly realized once he got the cart to the car that he couldn't reach inside to get our items to load into the back of the van. Huge thank you to the cart guy who saw my husband struggling and took the time to help him load the van without my husband having to ask for help. Venturing out alone when disabled can be a daunting task and we sincerely appreciate his kindness. Greenwood, Indiana location.
No sure what’s up with the guy work at the gas pumps, but he needs to not take his job so seriously. He was running up on people that had their cars running while near the gas pumps and yelling at them to turn them off. It was 21 degrees outside… maybe he was jealous of those that were in a warm car while he was freezing.
Costco does not allow those with a license to carry to exercise their second amendment right in their stores. They stopped me as I was walking in, I said ok, started walking out and then they tried to stop me. I said I'm leaving and went to my car. Will not be renewing my membership or stepping foot in their stores again.
Tony was outstanding. He helped us get tires for out daughters car. He was very knowledgeable in the tires warranty what was covered in the road side and the price even came back cheaper than what we were originally told. Very friendly, educated in the products and just a super friendly guy! Superb service! Thank you Tony…..
Very good experience today. Not as crowded. Things are spaced wider in the aisle. Easier to move around.
The location is better than It was last year in March or April, but it's still not the customer service driven location it used to be. They might have half of what I walk in there to buy. It's to the point that when I walk in, I know I'm going across the street to kroger when I leave.

This store is so rude! Discrimination at its best! I’m glad I don’t have to work a job to be rude towards customers.
The Greenwood, IN Costco is visibly better maintained (stock is displayed neatly, and staffers aren't running around with zombie faces like other location visited in the area). Food sample personnel actually converse meaningfully with you, more than just space holders. I might go so far as saying this location is slightly better stocked/variety than others but maybe it's because of better product placement and organization. Will revisit this location over others.
Went to get my card, that was so easy! Then I went to get gas. Love paying 20 cents a gallon less than any other station! People were super friendly!
