If you want a true bar / pub experience go to Conners. Prices are inexpensive, service is good. Comfortable place to have a conversation and drink with a friend.

It's located north of the canal off Ferguson street in Broadripple like Plumps another hideaway bar service is decent with a wide variety of hard liquors and beer don't know much about their food menu but for the most part the staff is pretty attentive good atmosphere with an older crowd and they have a deck out back to drink or smoke but when it all comes down to it I prefer Plumps last shot hands down
Conner's pub in Broad Ripple is my new favorite late night spot. The staff is friendly, great customer service. The atmosphere is great and the crowd is diverse. Oh yeah, the food and drinks are fantastic.

Decent food but rather expensive, except for the kids meal. That was reasonably priced at $7. My kale salad was ok. My husband thought his French dip was ok too. So I’d say our experience was middling.
JY is an excellent business man and bar savant. He has the best liquor selection in the city.
