Rude customer service , they don’t smile to their clients even .
I like the Coldstone chain but this franchisee runs one of the tidiest operations I've seen. Quick to greet and welcome us, happy to answer our many questions and once we made up our minds, those high quality ingredients were expertly blended on the cold stone and served up in our vessels of choice in a minute or two. I do miss Labamba's burritos as big as your head (gone 7 or 8 years now) but definitely welcome Coldstone to my old stomping grounds!

Well after having a fail at another Ice Cream shop for a Milk Shake I went to the predictably, or so I thought, Cold Stone Creamery.I was greeted with great service, lots of options. The Milk Shake had very good flavor yet was runny, very much like a thick almond milk rather than a Milk Shake so I suggest saying "thick" six or seven times because I only said it twice.
Good quality ice cream and wide range of flavors. The service was pretty quick, the staff wore masks and tables were far apart from each other, which is great.Here’s why I gave it 3 stars:- The strawberry shake was served without whipped cream on top (but it should)- It looks dated inside and when you’re not greeted walking into the store or the staff doesn’t look happy that makes you feel meh- It is overpriced for what it is. A small shake with a bottle of water is almost $10. That's the price of a whole lunch at Chipotle / Panera. There are a plenty of small local ice cream shops nearby with even better quality, friendlier staff, and lower prices.
Always great service. Icecream mixes are on point. Anything asked in reason, she will do for you. This is my go to place for my icecream craving....
