Everything was hot and fresh. Very nice polite and courteous. Great customer service.
When it's good it's good, but the last few times service has been slow. The drive thru barely gets through one car in 10 minutes. We visited again today but once again left empty handed. Even when getting your order the chances are high its going to be wrong. The inside has been locked each time I've been recently. This used to be a great store but I can't take it any longer. Take your money elsewhere.
Smokehouse chicken is best when purchased early after they open. Any other time it's dry and if they squirt something from a bottle it moistens the chicken but the flavoring is different.
The worst . Dirty restaurant dirty staff and long waits. We watched a young lady come in with her 2 kids and seated them at the table by themselves while she went behind the counter to work. The young lady had her cross body purse on she had on regular clothing hair wasn't covered and service was very poor. Small portions of food for our hard working money never again. Oh forgot to mention the fountain drinks are always warm very nasty and all staff says is its not working. Wont be back
Food was gross. Had no seasoning. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil.
The crust was well seasoned the big take away was it wasn't fully cooked it was half done couldn't eat it. The meat was a bit pink and chewy.
Customer service was great. However, my biscuit made my gums bleed it was soon hard. My smokehouse was dry than a desert bone. WOW! WASTE OF MONEY AND MY GUMS STILL BLEEDING. AWFUL!
Everytime I go to this Church's Chicken, there's a line But worth the wait. Chicken is Always fresh n hot,my sides are always on point,Biscuits so hot,ready to pop one in your mouth and chew"aww aww" hotness from the biscuits ❤
Drive thru takes quite a wait. A man in front of me was tired of waiting ,so he backed up his truck,and ran into my car. Then they rarely have chicken tenders or spicy due to running out ,or just not making it the night before.
This place is very incompetent. Lines are very long as if they have just opened and don't know how to drop chicken accordingly.The lady on the inside what's nice but they had limited selections of everything you will want. I don't know who manages this establishment but they need to be retrained.
