Food was horrible..chicken was fried hard..never again on 38th Lafarge Rd
The chicken was good we dine in during dinner time during the Tuesday special the manager lock us inside the restaurant cause they was getting swamped with orders we was trying to leave we had to get one of the workers to open the door to let us out as we was leaving some more people was trying to come inside they was told to use the drive thru it had a long line of cars .
Went there just now and ordered 2 chicken strip dinners with a extra side of mashed potatoes and gravy and a extra biscuit. Order was almost 28.00 and the young Lady working the drive thru was rude as well didn't get all my order. This is the second time they've not given me all my order. Also no straws for our 2 drinks.
I was in the area doing errands stop at churches to bring it home. Order a family pack spent $27 I asked for peppers I live 7 miles from church's chicken I get to my house and find out don't have the peppers, So I look on receipt and I call them back immediately they would not answer the phone I called until I showed up at the store, They were about to close would not let me in made me go through drive-through as other people were going through drive-through and backing up and leaving. Gave me my peppers but did not compensate me for all that extra time That I spent turning around To go back, I asked him to give me a tea that is just something to drink which I had already purchased earlier, But just give me something from my trouble they ignored me and pretty much let me know that that answer was a no. I will not be returning to that churchy chicken again.
Good customer service. My only complaint is the wait in drive thru. I have been sitting here 25 minutes already
This time I got great service and awesome chicken cooked to perfection omg! it was so good I could slap the cook the biscuit was delicious the fried okra was perfect I wanted seconds it was so good on
Check number :40134 Cashier : Ranja Y Chicken undercooked and very soggy and pink on the inside, wouldn’t recommend ever not even to stray animals! Skin was very soft I also order 10pc mixed and received 8thighs and 2 legs smh a whole waste of 25.06. Highly recommend not going to this location! I honestly need a refund or I will be contacting corporate cause you can kill a human with the conditions of this food! No one is answering the phone they actually answered then hang up twice such a disgrace for people spending hard earned money! I live to far away to turn around and waste gas with the way gas prices are! All in all this was a total loss after waiting half hour in the drive thru. Just throw the whole store away.
The inside was closed much as it has been for a long time and the drive thru line was extremely long. Thank goodness my food was fresh.
Yes 5 stars! Every time I stop, the chicken is always fresh and hot. It's never over nor undercooked. The biscuits almost taste homemade. The staff are always polite. This is the only Church's I use in, Indy.
Went through drive through. Took about 20 minutes to get through. On the plus the chicken was fresh. And so where the sides.
