I was only in there a few minutes to help bring in some birthday gifts, but from what I saw, it was very clean and organized and the staff was friendly with their greeting.
Kids had fun, not crowded at all, could use an upgrade on a few games but it was a great time for the children.
My son is autistic and we were excited to take him to your sensory sensitive Sundays on may 1, 2022. My mother took my son to your location in Indianapolis Indiana off of east 82 street. They have a sign posted saying they participate in sensory sensitive Sundays but when she got there it was closed. My son had a major meltdown. She waited until they opened at 11 and she asked the manager what happened to the sensory sensitive Sundays and she acted like she didn't know what was going on. This is completely unacceptable especially since it's only one time a month and they can't even be bothered to actually be open.
This was one of the most unsanitary places I've ever been! Everything was gross, we ended up leaving due to the unsanitary conditions, and lack of any control. The air was so thick with smoke you couldn't hardly breathe! We will never return. Horrible!
Was supposed to be Sensory Sunday !! Open from 9 am to 11 am for autism and sensory sensitive children with trained and knowledgeable staff . We arrived at 10:22 am doors are locked . Came back at 11 am when regular hours are and staff said no we don't open till 11 am . I said there is a sign that says 1st Sunday of the month Sensory sensitive!!!!
The price are hidden so if you have a small group you will have to make adjustments do to affordability and it could almost 200.00 not cool
service was poor, fountain machine weren't working properly, staff was on the cellphone instead of doing there job we had paid for a birthday party got there and no one knew anything about it, everything was dirty floor , fountain machines no ice is was just so bad , will never go again ty
I paid 50 deposit and $180 for the party. Our host Whitney and Javon was awesome hosts. They accommodated us for the helium they didn't have. The only thing is the unlimited bracelet and cards I suggest do not ship until after your party. Being you get called back for pizza ice cream chuck e cheese dance and ticket blaster which takes time away from your 2 hours of play time.
I gave them 1 star only because they stopped using tokens to play the games. The price is ridiculous. The lowest price was $15.00 to purchase a card to play and the prices went up and up and UP. I brought my children and nephew's to play but after doing the math it would've been almost $100.00 before food and drink.
