OMGI had sticker shock when I went in but the young man explained everything to me calmly patiently and with a smile
Pizza is trash, games messed up several times, cups leaked, the guy dressed as chucke just stood there and didn't interact with the kids. Staff started cleaning cups up and throwing them away without asking anyone. Extremely overpriced for the same experience you can get out of a Walmart arcade.. only thing is Walmart has better pizza

Meh.. this place is ok of course the kids love it but the staffing sucks. They only had one person working the register so I stood there with 3 kids for 15 min just trying to buy the tickets. My total was $106 and some change so I gave her $107 and she never gave me my change which I just let go because I was over it already. And then there’s no one at the prize booth where you turn in your tickets so also stood there for 3 years. They need to do better.
Spent 300 dollars on food and 4 unlimited passes for 1.5 hrs. I have a 2 year old one year old (2) 9 year olds and a 6 year old with 2 adults. The staff was very unfriendly and was more worried about moping around than serving or helping there guest all the photo machines were down ski ball was down over 80 percent of the baby games were out of service completley my daughter won 1000 tickets on a game that didnt even give her credit for it. Ordered salad bar and webt to go get my plate they said umm u have to pay for that i said i did thwy said then u should have a white plate i said the lady gave me 3 chucke plates for a family of 6 and no silverware she said can i see ur receipt SHowed it to her she rolled her eyes gave me a plate but no silver ware u had to ask and wait 30 munute for them to find a fork. This place is way overly priced for 70 percent of there games not working no photo both and rhude staff also when i checked out for prizez i got 1150 in points i got the chuckee thing for my 2 year old that was 700 points and my 9 year old got a 250 POINT slinky he said welp thats all u have left so i paid 1.50 for a toy for my son just to relize after that i still had 200 points that culd have paid for it so i just got completly ripped off. If i could leave zero stars thats what this place deserves not to mention chuckee the person we pay 300 dollars for out kids to see never once cane out on stage for the whole 4 hours we were there im definatly one ticked off momma rhude staff acused of steaing when i clearly paud for salad bar ripped off by the games not working and ripped off by my etickets I DO NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL VERY RHUDE INAPPROPRIATE MANAGEMENT BAD S3RVICE AND JUST TOTALLY NOT A PLACE FOR U TO SPENF UR HARD EQRNED MONEY. CHUCKE CHEESE U HAVE OFFICIQLLY RUINED IT FOR MY FAMILY COME HAVE A GREAT TIME AT CHUCK E CHEESE UR LOGO IT WAS ABSOLUTLY GARBAGE THANKS FOR RUINING IT DOUBLE NEGITIVE ZERO STAR PLACE!!!
Half the games didn't work waited over 20 minutes to get my sons prizes and just didn't feel comfortable and neither did my son who stayed next to me the whole time instead of his usual running and playing the games .. I've been to every chuckee cheese in indiana almost and this has to be the worst one .
Good place to hang out. Sadly someone was killed at this location a couple days ago but hopefully things get safer next time. A sign of the times, I tell you.

I ordered from a new pizza place on Uber Eats and uber driver called saying the location took them to this Chuckie Cheeses. Bonus, the food was given to the wrong people. They ended up bringing it back and my awesome uber driver was like "Girl....I cannot consciously give you food from a scam location, let alone food that was given to the wrong people and returned. This wasn't even supposed to be chuckie cheeses! It was Pasqualees* on the app. Beware !
