If I could give a 0 I would!! Don't waste your time with this place no wonder parking lot always empty this place sucks!!!!! Never again thanks for waste my lunch hour for nothing!!!!! The order was put in advance couldn't even make the order nor did you care you didn't do your JOB !!
I had to use the restroom after I was showed to my seat. As soon as I walked in the restroom the bad smell almost made me throw up. I walked to the stall and I have never in my life seen a restaurant restroom so NASTY ,STINKY, NO TOILET PAPER, URINE ALL OVER THE FLOOR IN MY LIFE!Even the walls were so dirty. I walked out the restroom SO DISGUSTED I didn’t even want to sit down to eat. I immediately left. They need to close this location and start all over.
Know places are struggling with staffing but you still have to show hospitality and give more effort. There were only 5 tables food was cold and couldn't get refill with out flagging a waitress that wasnt even ours. To get a togo container flagged another one down to get bill. We were paying cash 10 minutes to get change.
Must say I was very disappointed with my visit there. And I must say, Chilis is one of my favorite places to eat. The hostess girl was extremely nice and friendly when we entered the restaurant. Got to the booth she wanted us to sit at and I had to wipe off food crumbs from the seat. When our waiter came to our table he acted like he didn’t want to wait on us. When we got our food our fries were missing on one of our meals. Food wasn’t bad but definitely have had better. When I went to pay for our meals the kiosk thing was filthy dirty with dried ketchup and other things smeared all over it. Actually when you looked around the whole restaurant looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. For cleanliness I’d give it 1 or 2 stars max. I’ll definitely eat at Chilis again. Just not this one.
Wish I could give this place zero stars!!!!! Staff is rude and always combative. Food orders are never right… you better check them 10x before leaving. Ghetto staff members who don’t address you when you enter the establishment. As a nurse who is short on time and that doesn’t have time to cook this place has inconvenienced me now again. I can’t eat my food because my daughters food isn’t right. And with the managers nasty attitude my appetite is now gone. I will never return to this Ratchet establishment ever again!!!!!!! They need to be shut down…. customer service is non existent in this place!!!!!
The customer service was friendly from the pick up. Took long...Food was not prepared properly because it was still raw... came into restaurant next day to speak with mangaer and he apologized and gave me $20 gift card.
Only 2 servers. Half the restaurant was shut down, including the bar. Bar wasn't even open for bar drinks. Never saw a manager. Maybe manager was helping kitchen? Wasn't sure if they were short staffed or understaffed. I'll go back, but it won't be for a while
A complete disaster!!! Waited ten minutes to get seated. Another 20 to get our drinks. 10 more to get appetizer. Myself and my son got our steaks and they were okay. My other son got burgers and they were extremely burnt and not edible. Sent them back and received burnt ones again. Wife finally got her food about 20 minutes later. Probably the worse experience we have ever had in my life at any restaurant!!!! Took us close to two hours to eat a lost meal!!!
Shout out to the hostess, staff, manager and cooks to the 38th St location. Our service and food was excellent. We prefer this location as we've never had a bad experience here. However, it made me nauseous listening to the couple next to me looking for a free meal. Manager was very attentive while listening to the guy make all kinds of excuses. Shame on that couple for the exaggerated lies told on her especially when she came back to apologize.
