This is a very busy location, and the well-organized drive thru team is quite impressive (as always.) Don't be intimated by long lines, they will have your food ready very quickly and accurately.
They appear to have quite the standardized process of moving customers through with efficiency in mind. In my one time of going, I was ones ones pleasantly surprised a how fast the ordering process was to getting the order. Will return.
I have never had one complaint about chick-fil-a. They never disappointment until now! While attempting to enjoy a cobb salad I came across LOTS of hard CORE pieces of lettuce. There was much more stalk than leaves. After ending up with hardly any lettuce, I decided to call the restaurant. Angelo informed me that they now use pre-packaged lettuce. OK...no more cobb salad for me! He offered to prepare another salad and remove the stalks, which I thought was nice of him. I passed on that, but accepted the refund. Shortly after, while eating the mac & cheese my husband discovered a PIECE OF PAPER with yellow trim inside his mouth. OK...time to return to the restaurant. I spoke with ANGELO and told him what we found. He asked if we wanted a replacement. No apology what so ever! He did tell me I would not receive a refund since I decided to come back to the store. WHAT???? Damn our inconvenience and what we found in the mac. He also said he would remake my salad but could not guarantee anybody else would do that again. Where is the wonderful chick-fil-a hospitality I'm use to?!? Apparently he did not receive the proper training. I was later contacted by a REAL manager who made it right. I will not be visiting the Pyramids location again!
No restaurant, fast food or sit down, is more organized and well-managed. The food was hot and fresh, seasoned just right. Staff was friendly, and on it. Always the same--which is great!
I downloaded my app again and it took me 2 hours to get the 86th Steet Standalone to register...let me just say that. I got everything ready and I remember I wanted crispy fries. So I just drove over there. Well Bless this baby's heart, he said we don't do special request on fries at this location. I almost left the line but I wasn't passing up my chicken...lolNeedless to say if you want crispy fries to dip into your sauces - go to 62nd Street location. No hold up - line moves like magic.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!! This is the closest location to me and I’m there often. However I’m constantly having my order missing items or getting incorrect food. Recently I order my usual chicken tenders, when I got home there was hair fully fried into my chicken. A LOT OF HAIR. Not sitting on top, but deep fried into my food. Today I go to get my food replaced. I talked too 3 staff members and no one offered an apology, no one was concerned about hair being fried into the chicken, each person I talked to made me feel even worse. By time I got out the line I was asking for corporate number! Horrible customer service! This is not the chic fil a standard. I will drive a little bit further and go to any other location.
Chick-fil-A is always a great experience. The workers there are amazing. And their chicken tortilla soup is a little known secret! And how in the heck do they get you through that line so fast??
Messed my order up twice. Actually, 3 times. The first issue was corrected at the window. Simple mistake, drink error. Then later realized my sandwiches were incorrect as well. No biggie. Just get them remade. Nope sandwiches wrong a second time. And Eric swore he went back there to make sure they were correct. At that point I'm over it. Money back please. Oh and didn't get a full refund either. Horrible service
Picking up mobile orders is a nightmare. They now put them behind the counter and the employees never pay attention to the counter. Told employee my name, she said it wasn’t ready. I waited an additional ten mins and a different employee came up and my order was setting under the shelve the whole time. Food was cold by time i got home. I expect better out of chic fil a.
The food was delicious as always. However the wait time was egregious and ridiculous as usual. As much as they continue to try I wonder if there's a way to better serve so many customers at once.
