DO NOT GO IN THE MORNING. The worst chick fil a ever in the mornings.1.) they got my order wrong.2.) fries were old so I asked for fresh fries but, they gave me the “new” old crusty fries.3.) most likely refried fries and said they’re “new” “fresh”4.) extremely long wait time took me about 7 minutes to get order then another 8 minutes to get the fires replaced which wasn’t useful. It is 10:30am currently with extremely low customers.

I had an issue with my Spicy no pic sandwich I had to ask to get help with my issue after waiting for a few.The issues were; sandwich was not pressed properly or filleted properly, there was excess fat was not snipped off and there was uncooked coater on my sandwich.I’m aware of Chick-fil-a’s standards and the way they do things.Note: The first sandwich i got had pickles on it. There was no stickers being used to identify what sandwich were special.

Good service, clean, food was a little cold but still great

I'm going to comment on the staff. Whoever hire these young people. They do a great job. The staff is very polite and well mannered. GREAT JOB!!

We got in right before they closed. And they still treated us with respect and didn't rush us at all! Amazing Crew!

I just had the worst experience. I walked up to the counter to order and it was two Hispanic girls at the counter. One proceeded to help me and kept cutting me off after every order. I let her know I had 3 more meals to order. When it came time to pay the machine buttons were sticky and wouldn't let me put in my pin. The young lady proceeds to bang on the buttons and said it's fixed now. So the machine declined. We tried again it declined. I asked her to move to another register bc I clearly had several hundred dollars in my bank account. We moved to the next register and the card worked fine. I was never given a receipt. I watched everyone else be served their food even people who came after me. When my order was called I grabbed the bag and it immediacy ripped and fell on the floor. I asked Brynee for a receipt and the young lady that was fixing meals that served me turned around and said "what now". I said you didn't give me a receipt. Brynee let her know she should give customers their receipt. I was so frustrated at that point but Brynee was nice enough to fix my meal again and give me a bag that had handles. I am so thankful for her. Also, while I was standing at the counter the two Hispanic chicks proceeded to say I don't understand why they didn't go to drive thru. They also said some customer are dumb they order only a drink from Uber eats instead of going to the gas station to get drink. Those young ladies were very unprofessional. The incident happened 2/17/22 at about 4:15p. Although I didnt catch a name, the women who took my order had a tattoo on her wrist of two faces .My order was under Anderson. If you would like to discuss further I am more than willing to talk. My receipt said I was served by Jacob but I wasn't she just moved to his register. I was so embarrassed by the way I was treated. If you don't like your job find a new one. I work hard for my money and should not of been treated like that.

The quality of the food has gone down hill. Smaller portions also!

Not a great experience today. Mobile order, went in to pick up, clicked the "I'm here" waited minutes only to be told it didn't come through, waited again, three rounds of people came through, no order, asked again, told that my order was bumped to the back because I had to be manually checked in.Food was average quality, come was out of syrup, do had a cop of soda water.
