Only a 1 for the service I received that day. Typically I have no issues with this location however on this morning I ordered my breakfast close to 1030am and my order was wrong. I came back about 1045 (after breakfast hours) and they gave me the right breakfast sandwich this time but didn't put the hashbrowns back in my bag. I'm a funny person and don't like to eat my breakfast sandwich without hashbrowns lol...so I saved the sandwich and went BACK up there and this time of was well into lunch and could no longer have breakfast so after having to prove what happened they finally made me a lunch meal still had me pay a difference because I wanted LIGHT lemonade. It was frustrating and disappointing ? especially because I speak highly on chick-fil-a they let me down this time.
UPDATE: Be careful ordering Door Dash through this location (In person may be ok, but i don't know... maybe things have gone downhill with new management or something.)I ordered a Cobb Salad through Door Dash. I didn't receive any salad dressing at all. I work from home, it's usually pretty quick so i had it redelivered and again, no salad dressing. I just requested a refund through Door Dash. I wanted to order this again a couple days later, but was concerned I'd have the same experience again so i called the store to ensure that there was plenty of the salad dressing. After speaking with a manager, he verified that there was plenty of the avocado lime ranch dressing and he'd watch for my order to come in. In addition to ordering the salad, I also ordered a meal for my friend. Upon receiving the order, I received the meal, but no salad at all. I then call the store and speak to a female manager and she blames it on Door Dash. She pulls up my order and was like yeah, I see the salad and apologizes not receiving that, but on her screen, it didn't show salad dressing. I'm not sure if she never eats salads, but not many people or if anyone eats a salad without dressing.My overall take.... great restaurant, whose reputation is being destroyed by incompetent management.This is the Lord's chicken! They have the best customer service of any company I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They even say "My Pleasure" several times. I could go on with all the positive things to say about this company and this location. Every company should take a page from the Chick-fil-A book.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD! This evening my husband and I had pretty busy schedules between work and getting our 4 children ready for bed and school the next morning so we decided to pick up their favorite at this location that we most frequently visit. I placed my usual order on my app and picked it up through the drive-thru. I have never had issues with my orders so I didn’t even think to check inside of the sandwhich containers to make sure everything was right. When I got home about 10 minutes away, I gave my kids their meals and sat down to eat mine and realized that the sandwhich that I ordered, Chick-Fil-A deluxe with Colby jack and no pickles, was actually the Spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack and pickles. I don’t eat pickles nor do I eat spicy food so I was greatly disappointed. I called the location and was told that they don’t give refunds over the phone so I would have to come back and get a replacement. I didn’t really want to have to drive for another 20 minutes (10 there and back) but I was hungry and didn’t want to cook so I decided to return. When I arrived I spoke with the employees outside and they put in the replacement for me. I asked the young man if I could possibly have a complimentary cookie to give to my kids for the inconvenience and he replied that they would be able to at the window. When I arrived at the window the young ladies standing outside of the window gave me my food and I again asked them if it was possible to have a cookie. When they turned around to asked the workers inside, one worker in particular spoke loud enough for me to clearly hear her and said “NO she can’t get no cookie, we just gave her a free meal!” I politely informed the girls who relayed the message that it was not a “free meal”, I paid for this meal. It was a replacement because I received the wrong order. The girls turned back around and told the others what I said and the same girl continued to yell NO she already got her meal she can’t have nothing else. She also began saying some other things that I could not quite make out but eventually I told the girls who were caught in the middle that it was no big deal and drove away. Instantly I knew that I had been treated wrongly so I called to speak with the manager. The manager also didn’t seem to care that I had such rude service and responded by saying “ok I will talk with them about not being disrespectful.” No apology, nothing. Now please understand I am not upset I didn’t get a cookie. I am upset because I have NEVER been treated so poorly at an establishment when I was the one who was inconvenienced. My family owns a business and we take customer service VERY seriously. My husband and I spend a good amount of money at this location in particular and am very disappointed and turned off by the way I was treated today.

Super disappointed in customer service affiliated with third party (Door dash).I placed an order of spicy chicken, when the food arrived… there was no chicken!I called Chic fil a, manager says that because they made the mistake door dash will handle it?! I called door dash just to have them tell me chic fil a will not send the correct order or have delivery. Wow! Make it make sense when a company is at fault, doesn’t want to correct the situation, and on top of that the Manager didn’t even apologize for their mistake! Man! The bar has been lowered in my eyes with chic fil a. Disappointed customer.
I arrived about 10:00 a.m. to get a chicken biscuit. I ordered it curbside pickup via mobile app. Although the restaurant was not busy I waited for nearly 10 minutes for my sandwich to come out. When I received it it was lukewarm but I needed to get to an appointment so didn't take it back into the restaurant and ask for one that was fresher. I love Chick-fil-A but this was not a very good visit.
Very good restaurant, great service though there tends to be a long wait. Was total chaos trying to get around on a long weekend. They did make up for the 30 minute pre-ordered curbside wait with some coupons.
Always super busy. 2 drive thru lanes. Wait is about 10 to 25 minutes depending on the time of day. My order was missing a sandwich (I didn't double check my order thinking the staff would be on top of things). Got home and had to drive back 15 minutes for the missing sandwich and wasn't even apologized too. I wasn't given a receipt so I was charged for the sandwich already paid for.
This location has really gone downhill. I am once again waiting for my food because they are taking so long. I ordered curbside which they then canceled my order due to "dark hours" and also removed the option to go inside and get it, despite the lobby actually being open. So I had to wait in a line that I've been in over 15 minutes now. It's sad cuz this location used to be very good
