RUDEST CHICK-FIL-A EVER. Horrible service. Curt, rude. They lost my order and yelled at me when I asked what was going on with my salad.

I can say that I smashed that filet I used to work there but management wasn't that great. So I only work for 2 days but I was so awesome there they paid me for three. Yup don't talk about it be about it. I promise you now I'm in a better place...

This location is inside the Indianapolis airport outside of security. Steven was very helpful and kind although the woman whom I believe is the manger was incredibly rude and curt to all the other employees and customers. She directly laughed at a customer for being 12 cents short for his meal that another customer graciously supplied. She then proceeded to bag my food incorrectly, we only received one of our two orders, and loudly yelled at me that “we outa ranch” and thrust the bag into my hand. We expect higher quality service from chic fil a which is why we went out of our way to eat here in the first place.

Not up to par with normal Chick-fil-A standards at all. Nuggets greasy and chewy and service very slow.

Got the wrong order. It's difficult to exchange when your already checked in. The food is always cold! Say no to this Chick-fil-A

Closing at 6pm at the airport? Must love giving business to McDonald's. So disappointed.

Less than friendly customer service. If you’re going to call yourself a Chick-fil-A then you should take the Chick-fil-A app. If you’re not going to take the app change your name.

Waffle fries were cold. Sandwhich was small and couldn't believe the 8 pcs the nuggets were the size of a nickle .way to expensive. For.what we.got.

The employees were so kind and patient! There had been a line at the register all morning and I got in line after having my flight cancelled and was mid emotional breakdown when I ordered. The gracious employees asked if I was okay and not only paid for my meal but upgraded it without a word. They could have easily been frustrated with the busy and lengthy line of costumers but they took the time to try and make my frustrating day, just a little bit better. I didn't catch their names but I want to thank the two female employees working the afternoon of October 30th! You really did make me day!

Today my daughter who was on her way home from the FFA convention had her flight canceled and could not get another flight till the next day or the day after. She was upset and hadn’t eaten since yesterday evening.The young lady who took her order, saw that she was upset and crying and asked if she was ok and apologized for her inconvenience. She then paid for my daughters lunch supersized it and added a surprise brownie. This young lady is a asset to Chick-Fil-A and a role model for the rest of us. She is a ROCK STAR and this mom is so thankful she crossed my daughters path. This gesture changed her whole outlook on a scary experience and allowed her to compose herself. THANK YOU whoever you are!!!!!
