Stopped in for lunch and the establishment is really clean. There was a new person being trained and she did a great job. She was being trained by another peer, and he was a very patient and thorough instructor. Despite this, the sandwich came with the wrong type of cheese ( hey mistakes happen), they apologized and told us to keep the sandwich and they quickly made us another perfect sandwich. No questions asked, they went above and beyond. It’s hard to find that kind of service in the fast food industry- good job to the Southport team! Thanks for the smiles, manners, and kindness!
Ate early dinner here at 4 pm on a Sat. Girl taking orders was really nice. Girl who brought out the food brought us the wrong order. A minute later another girl brought us the correct order. I told her the tray on the table wasn't our order and she just left it there and walked off. Fortunately other folks dining in noticed their order was on our table and came and got it. The girl that left it did not look happy to have her job. First time I have ever seen a chick FIL a employee walking around looking like they hate life. Food wasn't great either. Daughters nuggets were tiny. Wife's chicken on her salad was burnt. Oh well, can't be perfect all the time I suppose.
Gave my 5 year old raw chicken. Was told they would refund my card and I didn’t need to come back. No refund came had to call was told 7 to 10 business days. Guess we will see
There were alot of people in like, so a typical day at any Chick fil a. They ran the lines fast with several employees on each line and it was so cold outside. Sweet kiddos and yummy chick FIL aYep I'm a fan!
I ordered a Deluxe Sandwich. When I returned homeI and opened my Sandwich my Chicken was flatter than my I Phone. Old and just thin . Terrible ! Also my Wife’s Salad was missing Blueberries and Strawberries / Market Salad .
We love our Southport location. Always a excellent experience each time we visit. They do a great job supporting our local school FC. Food is consistently good.
Delicious! Lives up to the hype. Drive thru looks crazy but don't let that intimidate you. Follow the signs and you will be fine; it's worth it. Staff and friendly and courteous.In a word, Yum.

Haven’t ate here in months and I just remembered why. Everyone is in a rush. They couldn’t take the time to properly seal the Mac n cheese and so much for enjoying a cookie.
