It was my first time visiting that Chik-fil-A-. Everything was fine til it came Tim to get my food. The guys outside the window just look at me. I didn't know the procedure and didn't know what to do. I drove around thinking there must be another window to go to. They did nothing but looked at me and smiled. I ended up coming back asking where was my food. They asked my name and then gave me my food. I was so frustrated, the guys could have told me I was to wait, they said nothing. The food was good.
Food was really bad! Chicken old, salad no dressing (how do you eat a dry salad), fries missing and when we got them they were soggy and old, 3 spicy chicken sandwiches with no cheese, and a 30 piece nugget where some was just batter. Food is so expensive, I felt like I’m gna treat me and my family but I wish I just bought groceries after spending $50 + dollars for this. Smh
First time trying Chick-fil-A, as the name says we're from Canada. Joey helped us at the counter and by far the best experience we've ever had in fast food restaurant!Service was fast and food was even better ?
This location drives me nuts with mobile ordering. Never have requested condiments or silverware in bag. Always have to unbundle the newborn just to run in and get it!!
Drive thru was smooth & quick. I placed two separate orders. I ordered a parfait & instead of granola they gave me crushed peppers in a bag. Not a big issue but i don’t think I’d give this store 5 stars.4 stars is appropriate.
Was pretty good milkshake before a car t boned me and the food and shake went all over ? cops were eating inside so they repainted pretty quick lol my puppy loves the pup cup as well!!
Having a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Mgt and having spent years in the Food & Beverage industry, I don't eat out much and when I do, it's difficult to impress me. But Chick-fil-A does just that. The combination of high quality and consistent food with the speed of service from the always-courteous and pleasant staff, are unlike anything I've seen in the restaurant industry, past or present. It's a pure gem.
Food & drive thru experience is consistent. Realistically the only thing holding back chick-fil-a from being a 5 star spot is their CEO… but that’s not at the control of this sole franchise location.
One of the best Chick-Fil-A's I've experienced. Not only is the location and staff great, but this Chick-Fil-A brings food to Marian University often for the students. It's about a 25 min drive from place to place, so the fact that the Broad Ripple CFA comes to my school is dedication and is really awesome.
My son and I ordered via the drive thru and our order was wrong. We had asked for 1 large macaroni and cheese and 1 medium macaroni and cheese, the large being my son’s and the medium being my daughter’s. We realized we received 2 medium macaroni and cheese rather than 1 medium and 1 large after we left the drive thru but not the parking lot. I sent my son inside to get the correct item. The staff asked him for more money because apparently we weren’t charged for a large macaroni and cheese, we were charged for 2 mediums. If a mistake is made on the part of the person taking the order then the customer should be given the correct item at no additional charge. This location is my least favorite Chick Fil A location as this is our 2nd experience with a staff member not providing the exceptional customer service this restaurant chain is known for. I’ll gladly drive to the next closest location for our next visit to Chick Fil A because they do a much better job providing exceptional service.
