Was very disappointed with the service today, the Latina girl who took my order acted as if she didn’t understand English whatsoever as I asked for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with no pickle and she looked at me all dumbfounded and then when I gave her my name she just put another random persons name in there and by the time I finally got my order the fries were soggy and the chicken was cold and when I called after leaving, the manager on duty completely blew me off, I will not be stopping here again

Without a doubt the worst CFA in Indianapolis. Glacier slow, rude employees, food is never correct. We're giving up on this location. CFA needs to take a look at this location and find a new operator.
First time eating here. The environment was really nice, the decor was super neat, parking was not too bad, our server was very nice and checked in us frequently, and the food was stellar. I will definitely try them again.
Has to be the worst Chick-fil-A around. What is the purpose of mobile ordering when you have to wait 40 minutes on an order after you arrive. Highly suggest going elsewhere

Used to be able to rely on CFA for consistency but this location is not concerned about that. Fries will always be soggy and for some reason they always give you the grilled chicken even if you ordered breaded chicken. Locations up north are consistent.

I’d like to add to Mr. Allen Bradley’s review , he failed to mention that he was very rude from the start. All I asked him was if he wanted pickles on his 5 chicken sandwiches (which I’m suppose to ask) and his response was “that’s what they come with right” second there was a huge convention so that’s why we took a while on his food and if by “professionally schooled” he means calling me the b word then yes he definitely did. Also if I never processed his order he would’ve never received a receipt to begin with.
