Chef Dan prepared the meal for my family’s repass meal. They were set up and ready for us as we returned from the cemetery. The Cajun chicken pasta is DELICIOUS!! I will use his services again for future family gatherings. Thank you Chef Dan!

A little confused by the ratings on here - I think some folks haven't actually had their food. Normally, when folks ask me where I go for low country, southern cuisine, I tell them "my kitchen." Chef Dan's is the closest thing you'll get to a real po boy in Indianapolis. The catfish po boy is great, but I prefer the alligator. The sides are always on point - try any greens they have or the jambalaya.You'll need to keep track of the food truck if you want to get Chef Dan's. They're finally posting regularly on their Facebook page, so join it and check it often!
Chef Dan’s Food truck was absolutely incredible. Chef Dan and his staff served our neighborhood and it has quickly become a favorite. The catfish dinner was amazing and the red beans and rice tasted fantastic. On top of the good food, they were on time, very polite and professional and just a pleasure to work with. I speak for my entire community when I saw we highly recommend this food truck for your next event…we will definitely have him back!
Chef Dan came to our neighborhood tonight to make up for a miscommunication from last week. Let me tell you it was well worth it. Best shrimp ever!! And my husband said the bread pudding was the best he ever had in his life. Thanks Dan for coming out.
Chef Dan’s food truck visited our neighborhood tonight and I’m so glad I went! The Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich was big, juicy and tasty! The accompanying Cajun fries were equally delicious. I had the smothered pork chops and my wife had the Meatloaf. We have already planned to visit again and I am planning to ask my church's men's group to see if we can meet at Dan's on a Saturday Morning for Breakfast
