Ate here today for the first time and I loved the food! I got a shrimp po boy and a side of the crawfish etouffe - both amazing and authentic. The servings are slightly smaller but the taste is worth it in my opinion. I already can’t wait to go back and try the jambalaya.

We prepare our entrées the traditional way true to creole/cajun culture the way it is prepared in New Orleans. You are welcome to order a pan of Gumbo made with your specifications$$$. Chef Borel’s Kitchen is a creole and cajun style ghost kitchen that fusses the delicious taste of New Orleans with the flavor of French, West African, Caribbean and Native American cuisine we stay true to our culture and the way our entrées are prepared. We do apologize that you did not see our signage is clearly posted in our parking lot and on our door and our walk up window as well. Chef Borels Kitchen is a ghost kitchen, virtual Kitchen, cloud Kitchen. “With that being said, we are a professional food preparation and cooking facility.” We are set up for the preparation of delivery only meals through menufy, DoorDash, Uber eats, and Grubhub only. Chef Borel’s Kitchen is not a store front therefore we do not have traditional signage that a Restaurant would have and there is no indoor dining. Our corporate clients have lunch delivered to their office or to the remote employees Who are working from home and clients with their corporate meal accounts. First time ordering . I wish you had a option To add certain or take away something from the gumbo. Other than that the food was good ;however the rice could have been cooked a little longer because it was a little hard . Also the place would be easier to find if there was a sign up
Tried the crawfish etouffee. Great depth of flavor! Ordered online for convenient lunchtime pickup. Will definitely be part of my regular lunchtime rotation!
