Just a great place to eat! My only problem is that we don't have one near where we live! Hopefully soon!Kyle was a great server, and will be back when we're down that way again!
Been to multiple Cheddars. I would rate as 3 but others enjoyed it more so I begrudgingly bump it up to 4 but no way no way a 5. Arrived first at opening but from door to food took about 45 minutes, which is too long. Bread showed up inconveniently delayed delivered by a non verbal helper with obvious apathy and zealousness. The main server was reasonably cordial and fortunately arrived with entrees timely after we were asking each other what was taking so long. Now my burger patty resembled Gordon's Food Service frozen shape and about the same mushy texture but with a grilled flavor so nominally acceptable due to the above average bun and not over emphasized trimmings. Fries seasoned and salty if you like them that way but I don't. Burger palatavble but barely above average not scratch. Others had chicken fingers, chicken sandwich. cheeseburger, cajun broiled fish and they deemed theirs good but I have to think it was the social gathering and chatter overshadowing the slow delivery service and better than fast food quality. Having been to other Cheddars I would rate tge Greenwood a location as forgettable but middle of the road. the day had just started for these workers maybe they're more gleefyl at shift end.
Upon arrival, the parking lot was full and very busy inside, but the friendly staff of hostess seated us immediately. Love the warm, sweet, buttered signature croissant like rolls that are brought to the table by our waiter/server. Our waiter/server was great and very attentive! All our beverages, appetizers, & meals, we're tasty great!! Highly recommend Cheddar's for a warm inviting charming atmosphere, friendly staff of customer oriented employees, a menu that offers a wide variety of choices for great quality crafted appetizers, and meal choices at an affordable price. ?
Cheddars is a good family restaurant that has plenty of options for anyone. Staff is friendly and courteous. Affordable as compared to other similar restaurants in the area.
We visited around noon, and it wasn't too busy. Service was good, but not very attentive. Waitress took our order, brought our food, never came back to check on us, ask if we needed anything, etc.We ordered the spinach dip as an appetizer and it was very good! I recommend putting the dip on the chip and adding a bit of the salsa onto the dip. The salsa really bumped it up a notch!I ordered the grilled salmon with the broccoli casserole and a side of broccoli (funny since rice came under the salmon and all the casserole was was broccoli rice and cheese). Salmon could have been cooked a bit less for me, but it was all very good! I'd definitely order it again. My side salad with blue cheese was delicious as well. The better half ordered the steak and shrimp with green beans and a loaded baked potato. He wasn't thrilled with how sweet the coconut shrimp and the green beans were, but he did enjoy his steak and his potato. All for about $45-55 with tip, so not too bad.
Our party of 2 adults and 2 teens visited on a very busy Saturday evening. We waited an appropriate amount of time to be seated. Our server was super kind and attentive. He accommodated our every need. Our food took a little while to come out, but again the restaurant was extremely busy. We were offered the hot croissants while we waited for our appetizer. Everything was hot and delicious. We are not from the area but visit a couple times a year and this restaurant is always a place we know we can get great food and exceptional service.
I had a great time at Cheddar’s! It was my first time here and I will definitely come back if I can.Their popular honey butter croissant was so good. I wish I could buy a whole basket !!And their Monte Cristo sandwich was delicious. And finally, you have to try their « pain killer drink » it is so good that I understand why there’s a limit of 2 per customer.Overall, it was a good experience. 10/10
We came here our first time while in town for our daughters cheer competition and we couldn’t be more pleased the food was great as well as the service! I wish we had a cheddars where we live! ? thank you to our wonderful waiter for taking our pic!
This is my second time coming to this location. I really enjoy their waiters such as Caden. The food is okay to me there are many times we have to send items back for being cold or lukewarm. They also have a really really bad gnat problem. They should spray or hang some catchers. We could hardly eat they were so bad. One even got stuck in our spinach dip. The table game device looks fun but it was covered in food and fingerprints from a different party. I honestly don't prefer this place. A lot of the menu items advertised online is different than what you can order such as the onion ring tower is 86ed. For 5 people we always pay about $100-120.
Great experience overall! Friendly staff, fresh food! And doesn't break the bank. Travel far just to dine here, but well worth it?
