Great food. Flavors were on point and the bread was awesome.
Ordered a 5 in meatball got and paid for an 8 in. They did refund the difference. The young man that waited on us was more interested in his phone. Never gave my husband a drink cup so my husband was using a water cup for his paid for drink. He just assumed they were out of drink cups. Food was fair the manager told us to have a good night. His help on the register needs some customer service training. The other young man was friendly. Been there done that won't be going back.
Me and my wife visited for dinner we have never tried Capriotti’s she had an Italian and I had a meatball sandwich with soft drinks and chips. Her sandwich was good my meatball sandwich was bland and had little flavor. The price was high but so is everything today. Service was terrible the employees and manager need lessons in service they need to stop eating, drinking and get off their cell phones and wait on customers with a smile and greeting. The manager was right there I have been in the business for over 45 years this team was extremely poor in mannerisms we will not return.
Great sandwiches! Came in on a Sunday during Memorial Day weekend. Our first time here. This places was recommended by a friend. The employees that worked that day were super helpful. My wife and I ordered the Capastrami and the Wagyu. The sandwiches were pleasantly delicious. I have to say, our only regret was not trying this place sooner!
The service is really terrible. The food tastes awful. I’m am religiously vegetarian. I ordered a veggie cheese stake and I was served chicken. Food is often dry and prepared with little care. The employee that takes the call is usually so inconsiderate and always in a hurry
Took forever to get our food because people that ordered AFTER us had orders prepared first.
I love this shop! Today, they’re short staffed so they have a sign asking you to phone in your order or place it online.And still, they were awesome. I saw some folks come up and be extremely rude about the sign on the door. Staff handled it politely and professionally, even when the customer was out of line. 5 stars, every time.
Being a non vegatable fan I tried the vegetarian chicken and swear I was eating chicken not a plant base ingredient. This is my favorite pick..
This restaurant needs to find an alternate delivery service. I ordered through the site and the DoorDash driver (Samara G.) decided that she wanted to enjoy my food instead of delivering it. She refused to answer calls for me or the service. So, after picking out meals for the family and waiting over an hour, we're now back where we started.
