It was pleasant but not perfect for nothing is perfect.The employees are kind and straightforward And the location is comfy for atmosphere. The food was wonderful Obviously not a masterpiece and it didn't need to be.Cooking for others is just as powerful as a mother cooking for her child.It's the core of one's devotion and character that brings forth good food Plus skill lol.
Food is good but service can be really slow at times. The hostess who seated us was very attentive, friendly and welcoming—I think her name was either Cora or Coral. She made sure we were seated right away, and her attitude was great compared to other staff.
Been to many BWW’s and this place at lunch is very good. Server (Ryann) was very good and interactive plus food tasted great and well prepared. No complaints from us, will hit this spot again before we leave
Too long to get our order and then cold once we did. I understand that places are short handed but let people know ahead of time if you are running behind. We work down the street and usually get great service here, so maybe just an off day. We were seated right away and were the only table there at 11:35, not served food until 12:15. We'll try again later.
They sent me an incomplete order from Uber Eats. They did not send the drink, the requested sauces that I paid for or the carrots with the wings. This is clearly gross negligence and that is exactly what I told the lady manager there and all she did was hang up on me. The other negative reviews about the manager are right. Don't come here and don't order from here. No wonder its rated 3.5 stars (which is terrible for restaurants) and probably should be rated even lower. I probably shouldn’t even mention their “boneless wings” which was actually popcorn chicken.
Location typically appears very dirty in the dining area. Makes me question how clean the kitchen is.Service is often slow. It seems the busier they are the slower the kitchen gets. (Slower per order on top of increase in orders) The lack of urgency and organization causes a huge headache for takeout orders.Would not recommend...
Horrible experience the few times I’ve been here. The last time we had to call in to have our server come back for refills lol. Don’t come to this location.
Entered at 4:25 pm on a Thursday to a fairly crowded bar. Bartender was stressed and was refusing service to the few empty seats at the bar. Really bad customer focus, which was corrected by the manager and resulted in a very enjoyable meal and drink at the bar. Highly recommend this restaurant--the management is solid.
Was seated right away. After this we never had a server or anyone come back to table for 30 minutes. After still not having drinks or talking to anyone we walked out and went elsewhere. We were not the only table without drinks. Seemed to be enough employees standing around but none to serve.
Terrible service. Had to wait 10 minutes for a waiter to even come to our table. Husband has to go to the bar himself to get our drinks we waited so long. 30 min to get food, 20 min to get check after asking for it. Trash all over floor.
