Service was horrible and slow Food was cold
Wings are hard as a rock on the outside and rubbery on the inside. Barely had any sauce on the wings. Pickles, chips n queso and wedges were good. Usually go to Wings ect. but went here because it’s been awhile. Never again.
When greeted on the phone the first girl was not necessarily on the head with the customer service, we got asked more than 4 times our phone number while trying to place the order, and then were hung up on while again stating the same phone number. We call again and were met with another young female who in response to our comment about being hung up on replies “well that wasn’t me, can I please get a phone number”, we again state the phone number and then we are immediately hung up on for the second time. When ordering in person I asked for a manager to address whoever is answering the phone and the girls (Julia & zoie), refused to come to the front of the store to address the situation with while they stood in the back door giving me and the rest of my party nasty looks. The manager and assistant managers were extremely understanding and helpful, which was greatly appreciated after trying to order for about 30 minutes.
I mean the waitress wasn't nice to me at all but she was extremely nice and attentive to the men at the bar, the couples and big groups of people but absolutely ignored me. Definitely felt a weird vibe every time she passed me. I still tipped her but I feel like I shouldn't have. It was really disrespectful tbh
Hi visited this restaurant yesterday for an online order for wings. I was rudely greeted by one staff member letting me know it would quite awhile before he can take my order or attend to me. So i waited. Few minutes later another customer walked in & the staff member repeated the same statement to him as well again rudely mannered staff member. I got my order went home & something did not seem quite right. I continued to eat them & within a few hours i was severely sick. I was vomiting non stop for hours! I am horrified of their practices & will call the Health Department for sure! Beware of this restaurant & as they dont seem to practice safe cooking nor handling good food safety practices.
Worse experience ever. We ordered teriyaki and medium wings. The food came out cold and too tough to eat where it had been under the heat lamp too long. The fries were too done you couldn't eat and lukewarm. Once our server delivered our food she went MIA. We had to go get a manager to fix our order. We sent the wings back and they did come back warmer but still too tough to eat. We changed the medium to mild.and they came back medium still. Our server checked on us maybe 2x the whole time.we.were there. She brought us another round of drinks and brought husband back unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. I was very disappointed especially when it cost so much to begin with.
Expect to wait a very long time for lukewarm food and if you call in you can expect a solid twenty minute hold. Order from the one in Franklin. Save yourself some time.Updating my review to one star. I was charged for product and when I arrived the receipt said unavailable item. I wasn't offered a replacement or a refund, and the manager blew me off to tend to other guests who had been there nearly as long as me. Do. Not. Go. Here. I repeat, save your money and time and just drive down to the Franklin store if you really want BWW. The only good thing about this place is the bartender who just came back from maternity leave. I don't know how this place didn't go under in her absence.Complete waste of time.Update: Pat, who is the working manager at the site, personally called me after I filled out the online order. I am very thankful he took the time out of his day to do that and he's working towards fixing the issue caused by the bug on the app. Updating my review to reflect.
I've always liked coming here. Chicken wings are almost their own food group. But this place has gone a little overboard with their pricing. The sign on the door gives you a little warning, but $15.00 for 10 traditional? And now you have to ASK for carrots and celery. I know fresh veggies are pricey, but the server threw me a little attitude when I asked about them; I was just curious. And the deal on the app, 10 traditional with fries and veggies for $10.99. So if we dine in, we have to pay a good bit more for a good bit less, plus drinks are over $3.00 now. Is that supposed to be a hint? These restaurants are just hurting themselves, not to mention their employees, mostly their employees.
It's ok for a chain. Our server was accommodating and the food was fresh.
Absolutely atrocious service. Told us there was a 45 minute wait for a table while there were only five tables that had families in them. It took the hostess almost 8 minutes to acknowledge we were even there while she was standing less than 10 feet away from us having a flirty conversation with one of the other employees. This location has gone absolutely down hill in the last few years. 1/10 I don't recommend, last few visits were accompanied by watered down beer, boneless wings that had no meat in the batter, cold buffalo chicken sandwich, incredibly long waits, etc. Please visit another location if your BWW craving hits!!
