We always get great service and food here! We received great service from Dakota at Broad Ripple Tavern! She was wonderful, so charismatic and just overall a well trained and practiced server! The food was delicious and overall the atmosphere was wonderful too. The hostess was super nice too and we didn’t have to wait too long for a table!
Really the type of restaurant you can take anyone to. Vegan options, traditional midwest home cooking options, pizzas, drinks, it has it all. The ambiance makes it feel like someone's home as well, in a cozy way.

Great beer and beer selection. Seriously such a refreshing change from so many places that offer 10 ipas and 2 other options these days. Server was awesome, super friendly and efficient. Food is always good as well. There are so many options that I enjoy. What's up with the extra charge to use a debit/credit card though? Honestly, I had cash and would have paid the whole bill with cash had I realized. Maybe there's a note on the receipt or a sign up somewhere, but it might not be a bad idea for servers to mention it when they pick up checks since it is not the norm at most places.
The beer cheese crock was really good, as were the Scotch eggs. They have a lot of vegan choices -- that's not for me, but one of the people in the group is vegan and that is one of the main reasons we went there. I am a diabetic, so it is worth noting that they didn't have any sugar free soft drink choices -- only locally made sodas of some sort. That's probably not what most people come here to drink.
I’m a vegetarian but I’ve also spent most of my life in Indiana. These guys have an incredible vegan tenderloin sandwich that doesn’t come close to fitting on the bun and it’s absolutely delicious!Thank you for giving vegans/vegetarians our Indiana tenderloin sandwich! I don’t know why these guys are the only place in Indy you can get this but they are. I was there for lunch today with a friend and my dog. What great people and what great food.
The beauty of this place is a real pub environment. Staff was nice and appreciative of business. Food was pretty good.
