Ordering a sandwich is like spinning a wheel on a gameshow. Who knows what you'll get. Also they are always out of bunch of stuff.

Updated menu choices and actually updated the look/appearance of drive through menu. Yay, ribs are back. Pricey, but good comfort food. Glad they were actually open. So many times this store has been closed or randomly closed early w/unpredictable hours.

They really need to close this place down. Food has gone down hill. Those ribbbbbbsss that were brought back are drier then hell with no sauce on them. Just tasted horrible. The chicken was dry. I believe the $6 chicken at Meijer, Kroger, or Walmart is better. Mac n cheese watery and the dill potatoes STILL HARD! Like how is that done. You guys have a fully functioning kitchen and food still isn't cooked properly!

This place was my favorite but after this last expensive meal that wasn't worth it . The portion was all off like it was a kids meal. Disappointing
Very small portions of food for the money. The mashed potatoes were flavorless. Everything else that I ordered was very good.
I love you guys, but I'm so disappointed. Was so excited to stop here today, I haven't had Boston market in over 20 years and it is my favorite, but they're aren't any near me. Sadly, you got my order wrong and I didn't realize it until I was on down the road and could not come back. It was still good, just not what I wanted.
Mac and cheese noodles were a little over cooked and a little runny. Everything else was great. I ordered on Active Menues. Very easy.
