I would like to give a big Thank You to Samara the manager at this location and her staff. She went above and beyond her job to make my order right due to an miscommunication. Due to the store closing on Friday because of the AC not working my order was canceled which I was not aware of that. I proceeded to call the store and did not reach anyone until Saturday. I eventually was able to talk to her and she was very professional and understanding of my daughter and I not receiving our food. To shorten this story she took it upon herself and personally prepared my order with a few goodies for my grandchildren and delivered it to me.
This is usually all time fav restaurant for a quick dinner. Sunday evening after the race, it was a disaster. The family meal chicken was so burnt I threw it out. The chicken Cesar salad lettuce was funky and croutons soggy. The mashed potatoes were good. The steamed mixed vegetables were just plain crunchy broccoli. It was the most disappointing Boston Market dinner I've ever had. I gave the lady a $5 tip at the window because she ahe was pleasant but when I got home. The food was horrid.
Me and my family went here for lunch and it was very hot in the restaurant. Was told the ac was broken went my there a week or so after that and it still look like the ac was still not working had little fans to try and cool it
Showed up at 11:30, lights on, says “we’re open” but doors are locked and the employee says “I don’t think we’re open now”. I haven’t had this place in years and was super excited as we passed through. Guess this restaurant is dead.

It is currently 9:48 PM.. Google says that they are open till 11 PM their front door says they are open until 11 PM and their drive-through open sign is turned on.. However the 2 employees standing next to the drive-through window with allThe lights turned off would not acknowledge my existence. obviously they decided to close early. I'm sure they're still milking the clock until 11. Glad I wasted 20 minutes driving to the location because all signs pointed to open Very disappointed and obviously poor management
Service sucks! Says they're open but you go around 9 pm, sign says drive thru open but noone responds, yet you see people inside ?, food is good though
Clean and well-staffed. Food was hot and good. Not crowded.
They no longer serve prime rib or ribs. They take over 10 minutes to get your order to you.
