I was so disappointed! Our server was friendly and professional but the food was awful! I had ordered breakfast earlier in the year and it was horrible but I thought it was maybe because it was delivered rather than eaten there. But apparently this is now the standard. I ordered country fried steak with gravy, scrambled eggs with cheese, hash browns and biscuits. The scrambled eggs literally had a slice of processed American cheese product just sitting on top. Not even melted. The quantity of egg and hash browns was maybe what a child’s portion would be. The chicken fried steak was ok I think but I was super hungry and ate quickly. The only good part of the meal was the coffee and the biscuits. This makes me sad and I feel bad for any cook told this is how Bob Evans is supposed to be.

Wow just wow! For a place that was pretty much dead, I would have assumed the restaurant would be spotless and service would have been amazing boy was I wrong! We waited 15 minutes for our waiter to even come get our drink order. Our waiter took our order and never returned to our table. We had to go to the counter to even get a to go container. Our drinks were never refilled. The floors were sticky. The table across from us had not been bussed at all even when we left. Not returning here.

Silverware was dirty, pancakes were way undercooked. Server was nice and understanding even though we were still charged for all the pancakes. Server offered to have more made after we all already finished our meals, and have them boxed up. We was traveling and didn't want road pancakesJust disappointed in the Bob Evans chains in this last 2 years. Was our mistake by not waiting an hour for a locally owed restaurant. Do better Bob Evans!

Today is Friday, May 6, 2022. My husband and I live close by and mostly enjoy the food. However, we were there today around 2:00pm. We were seated and never waited on. We won't be back. There were 5 people behind counter and nobody even came by to take our order. The only acknowledgement we got was "have a blessed day" as we were leaving. I dont know why customer service is no longer important. AGAIN, WONT BE BACK.

We had a large family group of six, gathered in town to attend a funeral. Our server was terrific; she kept our coffee topped off and brought all the little extras we asked for (apple butter!) promptly. My "over-medium" egg was cooked perfectly (restaurants rarely get this one right), and my side of fruit (cantaloupe slices and strawberries) was ripe, fresh, and artfully presented. We had a really productive family time.

Tried to go here but couldn't get a table in an empty dining room. Walked in and there were like 10 people waiting to be seated but they hadn't even been welcomed by anyone. One group had been sitting there for like 25 min and no one even spoke to them yet. The dining room was empty so I'm guessing they were really short staffed. Still a quick greeting would be appreciated. We left and went to grindstone Charley's where we had a great experience.

I would give 0 star if I could. The service was terrible, there was no meat in the turkey dinner. One half slice. It was cold, the hot buttered corn was so cold , had no butter and I put a butter packet in it and it would not even melt. The waitress ignored me when I questioned the amount of meat on my plate. She never came back to refill drinks, never brought our ticket. When we went to pay I told the manager we did not get a ticket, she was rude. Told me well maybe we should lock up and stop serving food. I replied with an attitude like that, it might be best for everyone. She was yelling out loud asking if anyone needs a job, she will hire on the spot and start right now. There were plenty of employees, they were just standing around talking. This makes the third time in 5 months this location has failed to provide good service or good food. I will not go back there.

Wildfire chicken salad. Delicious salad. The fried chicken tenders in the salad was fried a little to Chrispy and difficult to chew. The other ingredients made the salad very flavorful.

Normally love Bob Evans, but not this particular location. Went in for lunch today with four little ones, and was told 15 to 20 minute wait time. Waited for 20 minutes, and then the hostess came over to tell us, and others who had been waiting even longer, that it was now going to be another hour. The staff was visibly disorganized, although there appeared to be plenty of workers on hand. Five workers at the till, trying to get payment from one customer, which took over five minutes. Likely a management problem? No one seemed to know what was going on. Won't come back to this location again.

Terrible service. The first waitress greeted us with a story about wanting to go home. We were kind and told her we would not make her time with us difficult. She took our order and did not return. Another waitress brought our food. Our food took a long time. Bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone.
